Whaley has had TWO years to fix the line. And that is not counting a year with nix at the helm and everyone knowing full well Levitre would walk. Well, IMO one would be the Ralph Wilson era. A Primer on how not too run a franchise. Plenty of downside there. owner meddling as Bills fans have seen can at times can completely destroy chemistry. That's why a coach worth his salt would not even interview with the Bills at times over the 50+ years. Some of the better Bills coaches even quit because of ownership direct involvement Chuck Knox being a prime example.

Absolutely, This would be huge. But most likely will not happen. Pegula could handle the salary demands. kelly most likely wants veto power on player acquisitions. Whaley is apparently tasked with finding a new HC. Just one reason why unless printed in blood, I don't see Kelly as a fit. Unless Pegula is familar with his style and since Whaley is not his hire, maybe he could accept Kelly's demands. And let Whaley go.
