I don't know you but you seem like a nice guy. Your Campaign to get more "buffalo's" and then adding them as an avatar. Kind of reminds me of what a lawyer would do. You're not a lawyer are you? Also, I seem to remember you on occasion answering your own posts? To me anyways your milestone is dilluted. It seems you may in need of a friend or a good shrink. Anyways, enjoy your achievement no matter how you got there. imo -
Scott Norwood, XXV years later
Best Player Available replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
it was at the outside of his range. The fact Reich had the laces to the right, on a long kick could not have helped at all. Norwood could have used this as a partial excuse for missing. But, no he is a stand up player. i don't think i have ever seen a long FG attempt before or since with the laces to the right. of course no one gets a kick of that magnitude ever put under a microscope like Norwoods. Nor the chance typically too see which direction the laces are pointed. it is assumed though never to the right or left. -
good news on the ralph..

IIRC two of the biggest "problems" with the Ralph are. 1) concourses too narrow. By reducing capacity years ago, and the fact that for our crowd it is simply Not a big deal. I have never heard anyone moaning besides the obvious " mooing" that happens anywhere. 2) The leagues luxury/corporate suites. probabaly one of the easier issues that could be solved. Corporate suites make money In WNY selling them is a whole other problem. The Ralph is great. Sight lines among the best. Some better maintenance could be done. I remember Some complaning the seat warmers have been broke forever in some clubs. Again for our group. Who cares? Last year they added the Vodka only bar in the Kelly club. so it all evens out in the end. -

Smerla's when he played for the Bills at times was a beast. We were at Rich Stadium lucky enough to see him block the FG for the win, clock running out. The goal posts came down. And a big piece marched up to Ralph's box. What a game Smerlas won that one. When the good times rolled back then it was awesome. I would never say he hates the bills/Buffalo now. But he certainly over the years has made it very clear where his loyalty lies. The $$$$ must be fairly good for hime to do this. i wouldn't wish to shake his hand for anything. But. As a player did do some damage to opponents. And is part of Bill's good time lore. -
Correct. Technically this tape is not a bootleg. It is a pirated copy. Copying a movie off your helmet cam is pirating. And there is a difference. What you describe above yes taping a concert is bootlegging. i did not read the first page of this thread. I was under the impression the seller's father had a 2" master tape of the game. But since it appears he taped the broadcast would indeed be illegal and a pirated copy of the broadcast. In the wonderful world of music labels, artists, everyone are increasingly turning their heads to this. The NFL well they are in their own special orbit and are douchebags. boots are all over the internet if you know how to find them. No one gives a schit anymore. In the end though it appears this guy has to negotiate something with the league. it as it sits today is illegal to sell.

Regarding the issue of selling copyrighted material. it is not aganst the law. It is illegal to sell copyrighted material and in this case broadcast it without consent of the copyright holder(s). To sell it from one " collector" to another simply as a collectible is legal. Check out ebay because they literally millions of copyrighted material listed all the time for sale. From music, books, pictures, movies, etc. Example: Ringo Starr's personal copy of the white album just fetched north of at least one million at Juliens auctions. That album is owned and copyrighted by someone. The tape of superbowl one basically a one off. And could demand huge collector interest in a sports auction. just because it is a 1/1. And some people have the means to pay whatever for that tape. Legally. That said they can then watch it in their man cave. Legally.

true. but not too many basketball games one needs to watch anymore other than the last five minutes. Watching a whole NBA game is a waste IMO. As for SB fifty. it was Good unless you had a serious rooting interest. Poor quarterbacking? Yes, But Philps D was a thing of beauty. He is very tuned in too defensing the modern era Passing game and mobile QB. Points in that game didn't matter. Peyton paid off quite well. Won a whole 20 bucks.

reminiscent of another QB missing his sack with way less at stake at the time. His name is Kyle Orton. Different play same message. newton is a big strong guy Good chance he could have recovered that. Had he gave it some effort in the biggest game of his life. MVP's just do not give up like that. That play was not something A team first player would ever do. -
Always likes the son of a Bum. gracious when he was fired in Buffalo, with a overall winning record no less Never makes the game about him or some outrageous silly persona. Even though his Dad had some success too You would never know it. Happy he got that ring last night. it was his D that closed that deal. he would have made the Buffalo D work last season. once again the fan base being fed the usual HOPE since now the clown bros can mold this D into their own. That should little issue have been discussed before he got that over the top contract. I drink very Little kool-aid past the TT and offense as a whole. I believe in TT. But, 1-2 more seasons it will be a regime change again. Doubling down by hiring his brother is nauseating. For those that are in their corner. Good luck. off season Paper champs again like the past 16 off seasons. great job Wade still wish you were a Bill.

Amazingly last year he was sitting in the clubs at the ralph unemployed! -
This has been in the works for around a year. IMO another Clive Davis idea on a restaurant napkin similar to Supernatural. Which Launched Carlos into the stratosphere. A couple original members are gone. i believe percussion and possibly the bass players. What makes this idea cool is Michael Shrieve is back on drums. An all time favorite for any Santana fan. Also, at around 16 Neil Schon joined the group. I believe he is involved. Could be good, and a tour is sure to follow.
