  1. Absolutely! And Jackie Chiles is just the kind of lawyer we need to get it done!
  2. Me, too. Didn’t watch a second of it today. Didn’t miss it a damned bit, either.
  3. Absolutely! Our playoff loss to in ‘89 galvanized that team and served as fuel for our first SB season the following year. Speaks well of Josh that he doesn’t like that taste in his mouth. Especially knowing how close we really were.
  4. Perhaps McDermott should have tried to do too much as well. Josh is a Fking competitor. I'm not so sure of our coaches.
  5. Right. He was such a scared deer in the headlights ans so afraid of the moment that he just couldn't help but lead them on a drive to force OT with no timeouts. Yep, he was completely psyched out.
  6. Neither one of the sacks in the drive before he led the game tying drive were his fault. Not. Even. Close. Get a god damned clue. It will be your first.
  7. I understand what you're saying. But it wasn't the offense that couldn't get a stop like truly good defenses do. Our defense won a half. Too bad they didn't want to play the full 60.
  8. Part of me would rather have been blown out than lose like we ended up losing. So many missed opportunities.
  9. Like I said, on the defense. Period. It was nice of Milano to knock Watson of Neal’s grasp on the would be sack, too. Our defense is good. Not close to dominant.
  10. Terrible call. One of several made, one of several missed.
  11. Loss is on the defense. Period.
  12. Very similar play to a he made in the World Juniors a couple years ago when he led that tourney in scoring. A play that made us realize why he was a consensus top 10 talent in his draft class. His biggest issue is bringing effort consistently. On the ice and off the ice, Mitts has a reputation as a slacker who just doesn’t want to pay the price to achieve his potential. Playing Fortnite and chewing tobacco seem to be more important. The choice is his; if he wants to be a star player he has to put the work in. If not, he will wash out sooner than later. But it’s maddening to see these glimpses of rare skill and knowing he could even be better if he dedicated himself.
  13. Quite the lax dress codes down there.
  14. The answer is contained in the very first sentence of the article.
  15. I agree that Jackson is not the best QB in the league. But he’s having the best season of any QB in the league. And for that, he has to be a unanimous vote on ANY All Pro team.
  16. That would have been a hard penalty to take coming on the heels of Smith CLEARLY and IRREFUTABLY sending the puck over the glass previously.
  17. Does anyone ever look like he’s having more fun than Dion Dawkins? I think the man totally gets that he’s playing a kid’s game and is getting paid big bucks to do so. Like he’s got life by the balls.
  18. Josh looks way to amped up.
  19. Weak class. The only one I’d vote for is Polamalu. He redefined the position.
  20. The rules aren’t different in overtime. The ref simply made the determination that a clear scoring opportunity on a breakaway was lost because of the penalty committed. That’s pretty much the criteria. And yeah, Smith’s save on the resulting opportunity was amazing. Hasek like even.
  21. He made a helluva play to set up the breakaway that resulted in the penalty shot being awarded. The man can simply fly. Amazing. We are lucky to have him.
  22. Yep. Gunner without speed can’t be a gunner.
  23. One of a kind. RIP, Mr. Wyche.
  24. Totally inept. In. Ept. It’s one thing to misjudge talent that doesn’t pan out, it’s quite another to screw your cap situation in the process. I just can’t see TPegs putting up with it much longer, certainly not past this season.
  25. That’s only one aspect. And I agree, it’s interesting.
