  1. I don’t know much about the kid, and what little I’ve read is not flattering, so I’ll take your word for it. My only point is that the behavior has been under scrutiny for a year now and is quite well known, especially by those teams taking a deeper dive into an investigation of his past actions, and those deep dives can be quite exhaustive. Given the time of year and knowing everybody is trying to rob the same train as Buddy used to say, it’s common for a team or teams to float unflattering reports to help facilitate a fall. Happens all the time and goes back years.
  2. I wonder what team(s) are trying to manufacture the fall.
  3. I’m going with Fitz.
  4. Missionary. Because I’m old school.
  5. Just happened to catch a snippet of an interview with Risto about today’s practice. He was impressed and grateful that the SPEED of the practice was actually like a REAL game. Said they never did that. I couldn’t believe my ears. It’s long been said that you play like you practice and I’ve always added “And you practice like you’re coached.” Risto’s comments are a testament to the total amateurish ability of Krueger. Unbelievable!
  6. I just saw that. Doesn’t matter, because I cancelled this season weeks ago and haven’t watched a game since then, anyway.
  7. It’s fitting that tonight’s game is postponed due to COVID protocols. We would have sucked anyway this season, but COVID did as much as anything to derail this season early on. I’ll be glad when it’s over.
  8. If you’re referring to the first game between the Bills and Pats*** last season (played on 11/1/20) you need to re-check the stats from that game.
  9. Glad he’s back in the fold. I’ve liked this kid since learning about his story when he was a senior at Alabama. He’s the essence of “football” character.
  10. They won’t name a coach until after the season. None of the three mentioned have to be hired immediately and it makes perfect sense that if any of them were contacted previously, that they would choose to wait and have this lost season finish, especially with our best forward and best goalie not likely to come back. Makes no sense to coach players in a series of totally meaningless games, especially when a bunch of them won’t be in future plans. An argument could be made that it would provide a new coach an opportunity to see what he’s got, but that is already blatantly obvious and I suspect Boudreau et al, already have a pretty good idea.
  11. Hall isn’t even a shadow of his former self. Granted, he didn’t envision having Riley Sheehan and Tage Thompson as linemates either, but he was struggling well before that. His game has always been skating and winning puck battles, now I see him falling on his ass half the time.
  12. The irony of Skinner scoring our last goal in Ralph’s tenure is downright poetic.
  13. Like a Tom Brady marital aid at the Ralph?
  14. Exposing Reinhart, Eichel, and other young players to the likes of Kane and Bogosian was Murray’s biggest mistake. Bogosian, especially, is the poster boy for a player that’s perfectly comfortable with losing.
  15. Just further proof of the difference between assembling talent and building a team.
  16. I could not be happier about a non-signing.
  17. Borgen is a good player and worth keeping. Can’t argue with the rest of that list, though.
  18. I doubt Cam will be anything more than the backup QB when it’s all said and done.
  19. BB is returning to the beginning. Like in the early days of their dynasty, BB is building a defense that will keep games close and will rely on a smart QB who can move the chains and protect the football. That can’t be Newton, which is why they are gonna target Mac Jones in the draft. He’s the best match for what they need their QB to do.
  20. That bridge simply hasn’t been crossed yet. If either Watson or Wilson refuse to report for work, we can fully expect the Texans and Seahawks, respectively, to ask for portions of their signing bonuses to be returned. It’s gonna cost Watson over $20m if he chooses not to play for the Texans. Can’t see that happening.
  21. Just a cursed season all the way around. Sooner its over, the better.
  22. Watching Josh embarrass Kiko never gets old. Never.
