Same. I feel they’re definitely going to land a WR before the deadline, most likely Hopkins. Not sure if I’d really mind that too much atm. He doesn’t look like the same guy running routes, but I’m sure that would change if he joins KC

Haven’t seen a video- was watching it live and rewound it a few times -
The terrible starts are the biggest storyline of our season

Our boy likes his madden stuff- He’s right thought. We could have traded lots of assets to make that happen. doesn’t mean it would’ve been worth it. I’m happy with the way it worked out now that we got Cooper. I hope I don’t jinx this, but I really hope we can make Coopers stay in Buffalo longer than this season. He’s a special player that was never in the right place with the right QB. It took Joe Flacco got the best out of him. He might be a little past his prime, but I still think he’s a star, who’s light is about to get brighter playing with 17 -
the Daboll/Schoen regime - on the brink, it seems

A HC and GM combination is only as good as their QB. They failed to get the giants a good one and now they’ll be looking for a job. -
Mmhmmmm

🤷🏻♂️ they waste our time and they also correct lots of bad calls.

get rid of replay entirely? Only if there were a couple booth officials watching via better angles with the ability to rewatch plays. The booth already already intervenes and corrects calls- why not just have them ok’ing every close play. It can be done quick enough where it wouldn’t ruin game flow much more than it already does imo.

KC vs. Buffalo's record a microcosm of the Allen/Mahomes debate
NewEra replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree- Reid and Spags have become the most clutch coaching duo in recent history. They know how to dial up the right plays when they need them at a higher rate than any team I can remember. And when reid does happen to outwitted, Mahomes and Kelce are there to improvise and make up for it. This could be their biggest test. Finally bitten by the injury bug, but still undefeated. How long can the great coaching and defense carry Mahomes? Will Mahomes turn things around and end the season with more TDs than Ints? 6 TDs- 8 Ints atm. Mostly in jest- as I find it nuts that you’re 7-0 and and your all world QB has a 6-8 ratio. That’s some insane coaching. Will they suffer more injuries? Can worthy survive a full nfl season + playoffs? -
Especially with the Bernard and Williams uncertainty. Having Taron back will help, but Bernard and Williams is a nice combination out there imo. Having both out there is huge for us.

💯 clements and Winfield were our best but my previous favorite was Clements and Terrence McGee. Loved Winfield and he was definitely the better corner, but McGee was my guy. Probably more so because he was such an amazing return guy. I was on the edge of my seat every time he had a chance to return.

Agreed. Was looking forward to see how benford and douglas fared vs Metcalf. I have the utmost confidence in both of those dudes. while I think he’ll probably leave and yield us a 4th rd draft pick in 26, I really hope we lock Douglas up for another year or two. He’s a dog. If you haven’t watched his mic’s up vs the jets, I recommend it. He and Benford make up my favorite corner back duo ever. Add Taron- I love our corners.

I asked you this hours ago- was he running a straight line. I know this is top secret information and all so you can PM me all the tasty morsels so I can become more educated? Pretty please. I want to be smart too!! Yes, he’s considered slow now too!!

Was hysterical watching Worthy get steamrolled into an interception. Kid is so weak. He’ll make some plays over the next 4 years, but I don’t think he’ll be worth his draft position due to extreme weakness -
The majority of your negative slants and reactions are targeted at hyperbole.
-
which others are claiming that he’s a speed demon? The guy above who said he’s faster than James Cook, which would just show your inability to read between the lines - common sense says he’s just getting the point across that Keon isn’t slow…. But nowhere suggests that he’s a “speed demon”. if there are other instances of this, please show us. no one thinks he’s a speed demon.
-
Players run faster on the football field rather than the 40- copy- edge Keon. how many times have you seen Keon Coleman get caught from behind while running straight with the ball. From behind…..not on an angle. when I watch Keon on the field, I see an explosive physical WR that consistently makes big plays. I don’t see “slow”. I don’t see fast either.
-
good grief. Only “slow” players get caught from behind on a football field while carrying a ball and also trying to set up defenders. Did you see him running straight with no one ahead of him? Or did you see him juke 2 times while trying to get to the end zone. Gaining separation isn’t strictly a speed thing. Again, he’s not fast. No one is claiming he is, but he is fast enough to be a good WR. Yes it was

Sorry, trivial wasn’t the best choice of words. Hypercritical is more like it. Not everything on a message board is silly and hypercritical. situation: guy on a message board is happy because his team is good. Other guy states he’s wrong and posts about something that has nothing to do with whether or not the team is good. just an example of pissing in someone’s cereal. Silly Agreed. I do think we ARE good. Just don’t how HOW good. Brady has been the key all along and still hasn’t proven anything but inconsistence.
-
Ok Your nitpicking on Eball’s positive thread is just so silly and trivial- period
-
You didn’t- You called him slow- meanwhile his gauntlet was elite. His 10 yard split was upper echelon. He ran 20mph on a long td catch and run. If he had ran a 4.49 40, you wouldn’t be calling him slow, so it seems to me like the 40 means something to you. While you may claim it, I don’t believe that you’re basing your “he’s slow” statement on your eyes.

You’re comparing ONE game we lost 21-19 on a 90 degree day game in Miami with guys unable to play due to heat exhaustion- a game where we win if the results of 5 different plays were reversed. All while beating them in the other TWELVE previous games. Anyone predicting Miami over buffalo this season was stupid. It was a ridiculous take and it showed when demolished the dolphins and their predictably injured QB injured himself in week 2. Just like those predicting a team owned by woody Johnson who hired Nate Hackett to be their OC would dethrone us.

I thought this was another Keon Coleman is slow thread
