  1. Obj won’t be playing for til the end of the season. He won’t cost much.
  2. I’m all for it. I’m just a little worried that his bitcoin 2021 salary debacle, he might want as much cash as possible.
  3. No. No. You’re all we need!
  4. We haven’t heard much about AJ? I heard that he had a sack in 4 straight practices and has looked pretty good
  5. Yeah, that thread has a bunch of opinion that I don’t want to read either. At this point in camp, I just want to know what happened at camp. I don’t want to know what everyone thinks about what happened at camp. I’ve been reading the same opinions for the last 7 months. It’s the same ****
  6. This thread was so much more enjoyable when it consisted of Yolo and others posted snippets from social media and the internet. enter opinions…..and it becomes unreadable like most other threads. Can we make a pinned thread that only includes reports from camp and doesn’t allow all the nonsense/opinions from tbd?
  7. Is that you Thad?
  8. He’s sore!! Leave him alone!
  9. I figured the chiefs would stash Ross for the year.
  10. Thanks for putting this together. Well done as always. That said. I don’t think there’s any chance Mckenzie gets cut. He’s an important part of this culture and this locker room. From what I’ve read about his play so far in camp, he looks much improved as a route runner and finding spots in the zone. i think shakir is a lock to make the team. I think crowder is a lock to make the team….as long as he’s healthy enough to earn his spot. I think his health will determine whether or not he makes the team. Right now, he’s missed 3 practices because he’s “sore”
  11. I like crowder. I think he’ll make the team…. If he’s healthy enough to earn his spot. The guy has missed the last 3 practices due to “soreness”. I think he’s our best slot receiver when available although I think Mckenzie might be creeping up on him. I think he’s better than and should beat out Austin….but Austin is practicing and seems to be doing a decent job from what I’ve read. Being available is important. All I can really judge him on right now is his past with other teams. I don’t think the roster spots on this team will be won and lost based on years past. It’s my belief that the players will earn their spot during camp. but I’ve been known to be wrong before, so this doesn’t mean much.
  12. Oh, yeah, you’re right. He should’ve said he hasn’t been able to stay healthy for 3 of the last 4 years. Then, he would’ve been correct.
  13. He played in 12 games in 2021. Last I checked, every team played 17 games last year. Again. He’s missed at least 1/4 of the season 3 out of the last 4 seasons. If you don’t think that makes him more of an injury risk than many others, you’re certainly entitled to feel that way. https://www.draftsharks.com/fantasy/injury-history/jamison-crowder/7269
  14. Huge loss. Poor guy.
  15. 3 of the last 4 years- 7 games missed 0 games missed 4 games missed 5 games missed on the injury report and not 💯 for several other games. But pretend he hasn’t missed at least 1/4 of the season in 3 of the last 4 seasons. Easy math
  16. I haven’t seen anyone say they think Hodgins will make the team….more or less just a potential PS call up if injuries hit. He’s been on the team for 2 years now, no reason to exclude him completely
  17. I hate making KC threads, so I’ll drop it here. Chiefs sign Carlos Dunlap. https://nfltraderumors.co/chiefs-signing-de-carlos-dunlap-for-one-year-up-to-8m/ eager to see what the minimum of this deal is worth. Which WRs would you have taken in rd 1, 2 or 3 based on how the draft fell?
  18. Agreed. But then again, you know who you’re dealing with. Like clockwork.
  19. I think it has more to do with his knowledge of the offense. playbook and rapport with the receivers. I think mayfield is the better qb and will be the soon to be starter, but not to start the season. jmo obv
  20. You might be right. Jmo
  21. I think it’ll be Darnold as the starter until he inevitably loses the job due to poor performances, possibly in week 2-3
  22. He’s a TE2- I remember you saying on many occasions that a TE2s primary job will be as a blocker and secondary is a pass catcher. If a TE2 can’t block, they’re worthless. Like Hollister. Like Sweeney. Their TE2 last year at the end of the year was an OT. I’m not saying that they don’t see him as a threat in the pass game, rather that his size and run blocking ability could be the main reasons for signing him. He hasn’t shown much as a pass catcher to date (not saying he’s not capable). So I don’t see why his ability as a reciever would be the selling point on signing him as a TE2, which are usually better blockers than receivers.
  23. But you really have no idea. The dude is gigantic. Last year we used Doyle as a TE2. Not to be a decent pass catching TE, but to run block. Howard’s best attribute at the moment is his run blocking. That’s what he’s been best at. I think that’s why they brought him in. To have a competent run blocking TE that isn’t an offensive lineman. One that can actually run limited routes and catch passes when they catch the defense off guard. To become more multiple in their sets and give our run game a boost, while having the option to use him in the passing game some.
  24. I disagree. Austin and crowder are both competing for 1 of 6-7 WR roster spots on the team. They’ll be competing against each other 💯. Crowder is not a lock imo. His skill level should earn him a spot…. IF he can get on the field and earn it I disagree. He is injury prone 💯 Yeah, because you actually watched him play as opposed to just looking at his stats.
