I’d love to have Dodson back. Considering Milano and Bernard have both been injured quite a bit in their career, he’s the perfect 3rd LB for our scheme. Just don’t see why he’d want to come back. He’s earned a change to start and make a name for himself.

I think Dodson is gonna get at least 5m+ a year. I don’t know if we’re gonna be able to pay the man his worth anymore

He and everyone else that doesn’t want McD coaching this team should get over it. Yes. Why? Because he’s our coach whether you like it or not. Maybe you should start a petition. But no, you’ll just litter the forums with the same regurgitated whining for the next 7 months. As if it accomplishes anything except quenching your thirst for something that isn’t happening until after next season. I don’t think McDermott is a finished product as a head coach- we were 1 play away from beating kc. I don’t think McDermott’s coaching was the reason we didn’t make it this year. That said, I’m not against firing him and hiring someone new, depending on who the replacement is obv. I just don’t see what berating the decision to keep him over and over and over and over accomplishes. What does it accomplish exactly?

Only if...... we have Josh Allen. He has Jared Goff. Good QB. Not Josh Allen I think there are times where you take a chance. Based on what I’ve seen from a play along perspective, I think this is a time to roll the dice I’m not expecting it to happen obv, but Johnson is the only guy this offseason that I’d roll the dice on over mcD

I sure wish we would’ve hired Ben Johnson as our HC and kept Babich as DC. i like McD and I’m fine with retaining him, but I’d rather have Ben Johnson leading our offense

We haven’t won a Super Bowl due to many things. Partially talent. Partially coaching. Partially injuries. Partially not executing. Situationally, all 4 have kept us from achieving our goal. There is no one reason. Period.

You read that he ran a 4.22 or that the combine record is 4.22? Link? I’ve scored the interwebs and haven’t seen anyone saying he’s run a 4.22 before. 4.29 and his MPH is the only thing I’ve seen Except he doesn’t really run anything other than deep patterns. Like nothing at all. Maybe he can learn….but I find it strange that they didn’t have him do it at all in college. i do LOVE his deep ball skills set I agree with the rest of the post- but I’d be happy with Mcconkey in rd 2. what are your thoughts on Tez Walker? It is, but that may require him to turn down play calling opportunities for other teams in 2024. He might not be able to say no with hope that McD even has a HC job in Buffalo next season

Great post. Thanks. yeah Coleman is a wild card. I didn’t list him because I think he’ll be gone, but that’s just based on early predictions. Lots can and will change. I’d also rather have Leggette, Mitchell and Frankiln over Coleman. But if he were the pick- I would be happy that we landed a potential mismatch and possibly elite red zone target. I should’ve added Tez Walker to the initial group. I’d be happy with him in rd 1. His short and intermediate game is similar to Thomas jr (almost non existent), but he can be a force downfield.
