  1. Fantastic news, but you know everyone is going to be holding his/her breath until Damar makes/takes that first big hit. Hope he is back 100% physically AND mentally (which may be the larger hurdle).
  2. Funny if true...but we often forget that these players are humans, not robots. The late Joe Paterno always said he never trusted his players because a guy might have just broken up with his girlfriend last week and play like crap because of it. We all have bad days at work because of non-work related stuff. We just aren't typically doing our jobs in front of millions of people.
  3. JK was a complete douche-nozzle. If social media was around then…oh dear. Then he went and got “saved” and had a bunch of legitimately awful stuff happen around him (Hunter, cancer, etc.). The young generation of Bills fans have no idea…they just see his presence now.
  4. I think the OP meant to post "Dolphins hire new cook" -- mistakes happen.
  5. This is the way you get banned from the board is style...
  6. This thread is a wonderful 13+ page example of why the offseason sucks. Get a life, people.
  7. Yep, if we had beaten the Devils we’d control our destiny tomorrow night. Damn.
  8. To his credit, after he cleaned up the piss he led the Bills back to what should have been a W.
  9. Yep. We have four NHL defensemen and need a few more. Get some mature veteran leadership in there and this team is primed and ready. I have to say, however, that I am not completely sold on the coaching. I think better coaching could have helped the defense this season. I'm very optimistic about next season.
  10. Dammit! You've ruined it for me. Well, my mom lives "very close" to me so hopefully not an issue!
  11. There is a reason why young teams do not go far in the NHL playoffs (typically) -- the players are simply not mature enough physically. This is why it takes draft picks so long to develop...they are kids playing a man's game. The difference between a rookie and a veteran doesn't show up as significantly in any other professional sport, but hockey is a GRIND. You need to be a strong, grown-ass man to compete. Mittelstadt is a great example. Highly, highly skilled player who has been lost in the NHL until this season, when his body finally caught up. You could use Tage as another example.
  12. Nope. I was surprised as well. It's true free sharing with your family. Edit: the only caveat is that the family member has to have an existing (free) google account.
  13. It's not even cheating...you can set up a "family account" and use your family member's email address. They get their own "account" that completely shares whatever you have purchased. I think you can share with up to five family members. Now, how they confirm whether or not they are "family" I don't know, but I did this for my mom and she now has free TV piggybacking on my account.
  14. Oh, the offseason...[sigh]
  15. Have the Jets pinned Rodgers yet? Seems like the relationship should have gotten to that stage by now. And prom season is right around the corner...
  16. $249 for the season is a bargain! (I already have RedZone)
  17. From here on it’s very simple. Sabres must win out and have two of the following three things happen: Florida: regulation loss to Carolina (decent odds) Islanders: regulation or OT/SO loss to Montreal (poor odds) Penguins: no more than two points total vs. Chicago and Columbus (really poor odds) Penguins play Chi-town tonight while we go to NJ. Regardless of the outcome, hell of a way to end the season playing these pressure games against playoff teams. Let’s Go, Buffalo!
  18. Weird deal all around. I guess it makes sense for OBJ from a purely financial perspective, but from a football perspective he picks a team without a QB proven to make receivers productive? Maybe he just likes purple? He did go to LSU… For the Ravens, I don’t get it at all. Health risk, QB questions…just an odd situation. Whatever.
  19. Dahlin is a beast. Two unbelievable plays that directly impacted the result.
  20. But if only they would have built it downtown…..
  21. I'll beg to differ. The time is loooooooong past for "if they had built it downtown" takes. Move on, folks.
  22. I'm not salty. I just shake my head at people who complain about things they can't change.
  23. Are people really going to continue to cling to this? It's over, man. The deal is done. We're going to have a sweet new stadium in a few years, and the Bills are here to stay. There's really nothing to complain about, IMO, aside from the realization it's going to cost you more to attend games.
  24. I think my favorite part of the deal might be the requirement for a public transportation hub within walking distance of the new digs.
  25. Hilarious. Love our QB.
