Thanks for the vid, thoroughly enjoyed it. If Doug uses him properly he will be the top running back in the NFL. Let's see them geezers on the Patties catch him. GO BILLS!! -
What are you wearing to the opener?
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pants? Of course after getting patted down probably just my buffalo bills long johns. -
A lot of areas have been improved. The lack of experience may hurt the Bills a bit but I think we have a group of players that see light at the end of the tunnel. Their morale is better, they are young and hungry. They might make some mistakes but man are they going to be playing some hard hitting, FAST paced football. It is going to be a more interesting season than the last three years. Will they go to the big dance? Probably not, but I'll bet they make or get close to the playoffs. They are going to try and prove themselves and like I said they are hungry for a good season. That makes them very dangerous in the AFC East. "They're coming for you Brady" Be afraid, be very afraid. GO BILLS!!

Mario Williams: Is a Pattern Forming?

In my humble opinion, the biggest "tool" is Tony Kornholer, I mean Kornheiser. Now HE is a tool! -
Sorry Jerry, you may not have the largest....

Are we in some kind of Bills news blackout?
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach replied to Ennjay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well we could always watch Canadian football pre season games? Uh..........o.k. maybe not. -
So the season is over in your mind, done, horrible record, it's OVER huh? Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? It's not over till that final gun goes off in the last game, Let's not shoot the season in the foot quite yet. Give em a chance to see what the team can do. As for Ralph, he could live till he's 100. Who knows? Why worry about things till we see what happens?

Tom Brady sitting up, shaking his head and saying "did somebody get the plate number of that truck?" -
Given his background I think Coach Marrone is going to closely watch Da'Rick and will try to mold him into an NFL star. He knows Da'Rick can be great but just has to rein in some of the cockiness and over zealousness. If Da'Rick is mature enough he will be great, but if he showboats and it costs the team penalties he will not succeed.

How about "Squish the Fish" -
We need new blood, not retreads. Someone who will light a fire under these potential pro bowlers we have. I'm sick and tired of seeing the coach on the sidelines not even looking up from his play book to watch the game. I'm sick of a coach who doesn't get "fired up" when his team screws up or when they do great. Where are the coaches that "coach"? We need someone who will show emotion on the sidelines, not a stick figure.

Wannstedt needs to be fired
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach replied to FireChan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I guess the only way there will be any change is when the stands look like death valley. When it starts to hurt their pocket books, then they run out and "buy" a guy that excites the Bills faithful and every one of us is suddenly pumped up. The stands are filled, and then it's the same old s*** all over again. I don't have an answer but it's getting pretty damn depressing watching the Bills get smoked by the Pats as bad as they did today. -

How embarassing. Brady has all day to throw, welker the piss ant runs around and catches for over 100 yards, nobody covering Gronkowski up the middle, he gets over a hundred yards, no run stuffing, the running backs get over 100. WTF? Was there even any game plan on defence?? If it was close I could say o.k. we tried but this??? No wonder the sports shows don't show a whole lot of the Bills or talk about them a lot. I've been a Bills fan for 45 years and I still am but I mean come on......... this is getting freakin' depressing. -
Today was a total embarrassment. WTF is wrong with our defence???? Brady had all day to pass, Gronkowski running wide open. WTF?????? Was there no game plan? Fitzpatrick was all over the place with his passes (except the one to Chandler). I have been a Bills fan for 45 years and never have I seen such horrible play from the Bills. They looked like they decided to quit after half time.

I love Buffalo because
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was born at Millard Fillmore Hospital. Lived in Lancaster growing up. There are no better people than Buffalo people. They are the salt of the earth. I have seen people come out in raging snowstorms to help somebody who was stuck in the snow. The people of WNY have pride and are the friendliest people I know. Have lived all over the U.S. and met thousands of people but none like the folks from Buffalo. They band together in adversity, rejoice in the victories, and have an optimistic outlook no matter how bleak things look, and the food........none better than in Buffalo. Anchor bar, Casillos pizza and subs, Teds. I'm in the middle of Steeler fans now living in PA, but I still am a Bills fan forever. Also WNY is where my heart is. I miss it and vist every chance I get. Unless you're from WNY you won't get it. -
Toronto Series Extension
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach replied to Homey D. Clown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm all for building the fan base but from what I've seen at the home games, I don't think there is a whole lot of Canadiens who are that fired up about watching the Bills play. They come over on the buses, get hammered and watch about 2 quarters of the game. Don't get me wrong, some of my best friends are from Canada, and I have nothing against Canadiens but I just don't really feel like their interested in Bills football just the bus ride to the game, drinking and having fun with their friends. I've noticed at the games in Toronto that there is a fair amount of opposing teams colors flying rather than Bills. I could be wrong but that's the way that I see it, but as the old saying goes "Money talks and bs walks" Go Bills!! -
