  1. It's a side-effect of being overdrafted.
  2. Riley Ferguson, or UDFA Kenny Hill.
  3. Looks good... But I'd put TE ahead of RB.
  4. The EQualizer.
  5. Good Pick. -I would have preferred Payne, but Phillips is alright... Best pick we've made so far, IMO.
  6. I Agree with the smokescreen part, but it's more than that... NE does their homework on another level. -Especially when it comes to QB's.
  7. But what are the odds that NOTHING appealed to them in Rd. 1 of this much-ballyhooed QB class? Brady's ancient in football years, yet no move to upgrade in the first round of what's being billed as the best QB draft since '12! I find that worrisome... I'd love to see their draft reports on the top 5. I'm thinking Kyle Allen. Riley Ferguson, or Kenny Hill UDFA from TCU.
  8. Wow... I don't doubt it for a second..
  9. Trade it, along with Josh Allen to get back in the 2nd!!!
  10. Maybe because none of them were worth it. Oh sure... They worked a few of them out... Took Meetings... There were some nibbles, but ultimately no bite... You'd think with a 41-year old under center, they'd be interested in a youthful understudy.. Someone to pass the torch to... Not this time... NE stayed the hell away from the top five, and let everyone else splurge... Some won't see any special meaning in it, but I think it's because they knew this crop was crap. Thoughts?
  11. The NFL and it's propaganda-wing NFL Network, knows what they're doing... Our rube FO fell for it, hook, line, and sinker.
  12. I really don't think so. But if their goal was to simply make a big splash, then mission accomplished.
  13. Except this time, BOTH were terrible ideas. The Bengals front office ended the drought.
  14. Rosen's personality is better suited for Tennis.
  15. I don't believe either one makes a viable NFL Starter... JMO.
  16. In a butt-nugget conference like the MWC? -If he' would have won it a couple of times, or even ONCE, I could justify the interest... This team always falls for the flash. -At this point, there's absolutely NO SUBSTANCE to Josh Allen...
  17. I think he's going to be a bust (for the Bills) because there are significant holes in his game... Being incredibly young, he has a shot at a decent career, even after he leaves the Bills... And, to be clear, it's Beane that I'm disappointed in... QB fever got to him.. I expected more composure.
  18. Rosen still has to survive Suh and Donald twice a year! -Hope his helmet straps hold!
  19. Not having that makes everything that much harder.
  20. Fair enough... We could get lucky in the later rounds....FTR, I wasn't a proponent of moving up at all in round 1...But I get it. -You're excited. Here's hoping you're still excited come November.
  21. I give it a big, red, "D" I'll admit it if I'm wrong, but I just flipped the hourglass on this regime...
  22. Guess we'll see... I think, in the end, folks may feel like they gave McBeane too much credit.
  23. That's why they call them "busts"... Because they never live up to the hype.
  24. Guess we'll see... I'll go on record today, as hating the Allen pick, and not really liking the Edmunds pick at all... Beane really disappointed the sh_t out of me today.... Not holding out much hope for this regime.
  25. I'm sorry but round 1 is for drafting starters... Not feel-good projects like the Bills drafted today... Neither one of these kids were worth trading up for, IMO.... We didn't get Cam Newton OR Luke Kuechley today.
