What, the dorm room tour finishing with "ya'll gotta leave" is funny? I can see not thinking the tweets segment was that funny, but to say "not even remotely funny" or to say "embarrassing" or "awkward"......? Really? I'm not buying any of those over-exaggerrated criticisms. It's more bitterness and high horse riding. This forum is so predictable. Hawthorne is a bit of a surprise. Pretty solid game against Skins but guess it wasn't enough or McCray is that much better. I think Hawthorn's age may have been a factor as well.

Thanks for the INT's AJ! Good decision. Funny how NFL.com has not made a mention of this anywhere on their site all day. I know he's not a big name player but there is no news in the NFL right now, and I've seen news on less popular players retiring early. Pretty sure they don't want any more spotlights on the concussion subject.

I will say this about the "way too early in camp" criticism of the QBs.....how many camps have we heard "looked great, accurate, commanding, etc" only to have them fail miserably when it counts most? I for one am enjoying the poor showing so far.

Your top two are mine as well. Roger Staubach was the first QB I watched when all we had was CBS and NBC on Sunday's. He was a true leader who never gave up on a play. Earl Campbell rumbled like an indestructible super hero. Defenders left flat on the ground or hanging on to his jersey and getting dragged for 7 yards. These are images that remain in my head today when I think about why I love football.
