A Few Thoughts about the Pats Game - Post yours as well
ganesh replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
And the contract extensions for Benford, Shakir, Bernard and Groot will kick in and they are goig to cost a whole lot of money and with very little to show for it. -
Buffalo News no longer printing a Monday paper

Also, pretty much everything in a Newspaper is available via YouTube and other social media. The method of delivery may be different but the content is the same. -
Didn’t we try that three time in this years AFCC?

Aren’t the same folks generating the content. It might impact the guys who managed the press machines ;; but on the flip side it may have created jobs for IT engineers and cloud engineers. -
Not six.

Where’s the juice at the position of Wide Receiver?

I am also not optimistic about Groot turning it a notch this season and next season -
I’m sure there’s other opposing players who “hate” JA too

I don't know if the Bills allow Josh to run the ball in practice -

The same organization has also spent a top pick (I know Coleman was the 1st pick in the 2nd round) on a boundary WR. If Coleman breaks out then this offense will change as he will demand the ball more in the game. -
You are correct...and the Mannings and Rothelisberger were able to get a few SB wins in between that dynasty. But people like Rivers never could even get to the big dance, I hope Allen, Lamar and Burrow get their opportunity to win the SB during this 2nd dynasty. This year appears to be a good year for one of them.

There are folks here who will call Brady's offense as frustrating at times (including myself). But not as bad as Dorsey's. Go Bills !!!

Completely Agree... We are missing (from game 1 1), Hairston, Hoecht, Ogunjobie We are missing (from game 2) Oliver, Milano Five of your 11 starters are missing and some of your other starters have average play (Groot, Epenesa, Sanders, Rapp, WIlliams) and yet we are 4-0. This team should get tougher once these players return or join the team. They will be improvements over the current players. BTW, with these players missing, the others are getting their opportunity and some experience of NFL. That should stand them in good steed as the game slows downs for them,... I see even more valuable contributions from Walker, Strong and Hancock down the stretch. People will say that you are a few plays away from being 1-3... But that is the nature of the NFL. No one gave stylish points for the Chiefs last season on their way to the #1 seed and on to AFCC. As Parcells would say "You are what you are with your record".

$1500 ? Are you saying the news paper costs $3 per day ? Wow. -
They still have a good OL and Derrick Henry. If Henry stops fumbling, they will be alright,

You meant Brady's offense
-
Daboll called plays that put Allen to make better throws to his WR. He also had an alpha WR in Diggs along with an excellent slot WR. Brady has understood his WR limitations and took out those plays that only Diggs and Beasley could do. When you looked at Jones passing for 350 yards with no name receiver - have to say Brady is not in the same league as Shannahan or McVay.

Play Action ratio is already on the increase. I see Brady letting Allen loose by later part of the season when you have to play the heavy weights like Bucs, Chiefs and Eagles

James Cook AFC Offensive Player of the Month (September 2025)!
ganesh replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the Bills were always willing to give him 12M a year....He wanted 15. The Bills sweetened the pot by giving him more guaranteed money ($30M ??) then they originally offered and that turned the scales for Jimbo. Go Bills !!! -
So you want a TIE game ? 🙂

Question is where is Tre tackling...Is it before the 1st down marker or after the 1st down marker.
