  1. Or an upset of the Chiefs by the Steelers or Ravens can still make the road to New Orleans go through Orchard Park. In the Playoffs, anything is possible. Go Bills !!! Curious to know - Are the Bills only team to have lost back to back playoffs at home ?
  2. Still too many scenarios to put the Broncos in...Yes they are the favorites as they are in with a win...but it is the NFL and on any given Sunday..... Go Bills !!!
  3. This is a very lame rule....A ball hits the ground in the process of the catch should be an incomplete pass.
  4. One of the best. May his soul RIP.
  5. But they also have lost 5 games..there is a footprint somewhere there that shows how to beat them.
  6. Steelers at #6, go to Baltimore and upset them Then they go to Arrowhead as the lowest remaining seed and upset them Then they come to Buffalo for the AFC Championship game. The Bills take down Denver (#7 seed) and then get Chargers (who upset the Texans) in cold Buffalo in the Divisional round. This would be awesome if it happens.
  7. This assumes Steelers wins the North division or upsets a divison winner as a wild card. Chargers winning against the Chiefs at Arrowhead would be a HUGE upset.
  8. is there anyone on the roster that can play that position.
  9. How about both as Deion would say in the 90s
  10. I think OP is looking at it from the perspective of how each player is helping his team win a super bowl. On that front, Worthy has made better impact as he has played all the games in the season whereas Coleman has missed more than a quarter of a season.
  11. The key for the Bills is going to be able to take a early lead and keep the Ravens offense one-dimensional. For this Josh has to play the perfect (not the super-hero) game. He needs to be precise with his passes and move the chains and keep the Ravens offense off the field..That is how the Bills will beat them. Go Bills !!!
  12. We have Jones, Oliver, Groot, Epenesa and Miller returning this year as the starters on that DL - the same as last year....We can ignore the scraps.... The oar tly player from last year that we are missing is Floyd. We have replaced him with Smoot.
  13. The Bills should beat the Jets and then rest everyone in week 18 against the Patriots. That is their bye week...of course the Chiefs offense is getting 2 bye weeks
  14. The best of the best QBs are in the playoffs and when they start playing smart and patient football, they will overcome these bend-but-dont-break defense. Secondly, the best of the best defenses are also in the playoffs and can shut down offenses that get behind. The Bills need to fix the defense and fast.
  15. Congratulations Josh. Now lets improve our playoff record...we are only 3-5 during the last seven seasons, losing to the Texans, Chiefs and Bengals
  16. The Ravens could lose their WC game against Denver, Chargers or Pittsburgh easily
  17. Also, with Josh spreading the ball around, Coleman is not going to have that 80-catch season. The same goes for Worthy.
  18. Not buying this...The line is the same as last year. He seemed to perform better last year than this year. Definitely has taken a step back after the 1st quarter of the season.
  19. The Jets haven't made the playoffs in over a decade...the Bills have won the division the last 5 times..before that it was all Patriots. The Dolphins won the division once... The AFCE has been week compared to the North
  20. Ryan Clark has recently become critical of every QB not named Mahomes...I assume he is competing with Nick's show.
  21. Bishop was not injured. He had cramps and had to go inside to get treatment. He will be ready for Sunday at home. Injuries to Douglas and Rapp doesn't appear to be serious for them to miss multiple games. I see them back in the lineup next week. The biggest unknown may be Matt Milano's injury.
  22. Abd they play those two tough match ups in the next 10 days - Saturday and Thursday. A rough stretch indeed.
  23. Curious to hear (not a sarcasm) on how you think the Bills can improve the defense with the given personnel? Are they ready to change scheme and go more man-coverage and roll the dice with their DBs hoping that there are not too many big plays ? Are they ready to go to a more common 4-3-4 instead of the 4-2-5 scheme they are running which would mean either Johnson takes another CB or goes to the bench. I mean the chiefs have done that with their best slot corner. The biggest place where change may be needed but the Bills are not flexible enough to get is the DL. For the Bills to win, this DL needs to play at a different level every single snap.
  24. I think the observation is - what happened to that pass rush in the final quarter especially on 3rd and long. They all appear to have disappeared. Now go beat the oldest starting QB in the league and the youngest starting QB in the league....
  25. As someone posted in another thread - McDermott is a great coach and team builder...Where we see his short coming is in game management, especially in critical areas. Secondly, no matter who runs the defense, McDermott has his fingerprints on it and associated deeply with it...hence he takes accolades as well as criticism.
