The Bills recently have been scorched by the Patriots running game more than Tom Brady. If our Run defense can still be stout and pressure Brady, we will have a chance. The Hoodie will make adjustment to contain Orton.

The Bills are still a very INCONSISTENT team to win 7-games in a row. This coaching staff does not yet have it in them to get the team focused. Look at the Penalties we had in the 1st half of the 1st quarter. We had a total of 12 penalties in the game. Thankfully, the Lions could not take advantage of that.

I think the Bills should start Freddy every game and bring on Spiller when the defense is tired. Not the other way around. Our Running game has not been *effective*. EJ has simply been inaccurate. That is the bottomline. Marrone could see the frustrations building in his WRs. The coach feels that for his dink and dunk offense, may be he simply needs a true game manager who will successfully make those short passes and open up the running game. EJ did not do that.

Agreed. Thought letting Fitz run for those first downs cost us some significant time. EJ made two bad plays. I think they had enough time at the end to not have to make that play. The worst thing was the Bills did not try running the ball in the 2nd quarter and put the ball in Manuels hands and he was not up to it
