+1. GMs don't hit on all draft picks or drafts. Where he probably didn't do a good job was getting a good HC. Of course that might have been tie with the situation.

This will be a STEAL for Philly if it happens....For them to throw just one 1st round pick to move up to 2...That would be unbelievable...... Titans get ONE additional first round pick for Swapping from 2 to 19.... That is just insane...

In spite of the star studded Defensive players, Pettine's defense finished 28th against the Run. Compared to that Schwartz had the same team finishing in the top 10 against the run. In my opinion Pettine was overrated.

Urbik - A 2nd round pick that was cut by the Steelers after 1-2 seasons. Jeff Tuel - A guy no one wanted for 7 Rounds in the draft ........... Just kidding!!!!

This is insane. Two seasons ago, Ralph hired Marronne, one of the hot college head coaches who was coveted by many teams. I thought they paid him something like 4M a year including the sweet out clause. Ralph was not cheap.

I agree with this assessment. It wouldn't be out of question, if the Bills actually selected a LB or Safety with that 50th overall pick. They have needs there.

I also hope they don't go about flipping Henderson to LT and Cordy to LG....

He was a game changer....He could fly on the field. Had the pleasure of watching him play @ Heinz field several times. The Steeler Nation will miss him

The drop off wasn't that significant with Travis Henry...The guy just couldn't stay off Jail.

The biggest question is do we have a QB who can play in this system. This years training camp is going to be fascinating (and possibly frustrating)

I thought Whaley quoted as saying that there are no starting positions open on this team and they really need QUALITY Depth. I wouldn't mind trading down in the 2nd round if it will net us additional picks. We need good depth on OL LB CB Our safety position is unknown with the departure of Searcy. Our OL is still an unknown; I expect the sophomore players to be able to step up. We spent significant draft choices on the OL last year. We can't go back to putting high draft picks again there.

All these WRs don't mean a squat if the guy throwing the ball cannot be accurate and the OL protecting the QB does not give enough time

Numbers, especially when looked up after 3 months, can be very deceiving. Many of those yards could have come in garbage time when the game was already out of reach. The issue with Fitz was that he would throw INTs at very inopportune moments and suck the air out of the team. You could never hope that Fitz will score the TD in the 4th quarter to win the game (There were a few exceptions like the one against the Patriots). He was an inconsistent QB with a lousy arm, but could read defenses well.

To be honest, our Tackles played well below average last year. Henderson after a phenomenal September had a pretty average season rest of the way. Glenn was not in his elements and was not the pro-bowl type LT.

Dockery.....The guy who used to sit in the locker room and watch the Redskins play on TV....forgetting that he cashed a HUGE check from the Bills....What a fricking waste of money on those two.
