Don't forget the Raiders and Chargers. They are in the mix along with the Bills.

Chandler Catches everything Watkins is the real deal Mysterious injury for Cordy Glenn Williams is a one-trick pony

They are not babies to be coddling them. They are responsible adults who should be responsible for their life and money.

The Will Smith signing is key. With Jones on the other side, the Pats just might be able to have that missing Pass Rush. I thought the Jets review was a a little weak. At this point, Geno is the starter for the Jets, not Vick. Also, Eric Decker did catch many passes and TD. Not sure if all of that is due to Peyton Manning; but until we find out, credit must be given to Decker.

4 teams interested in trade for Andre Johnson

And that is why it would have made sense to send Stevie Johnson to Carolina and got a better pick than what we got from the 49ers. -
Jeffrey Gundlach to explore Bills purchase

Marquise Goodwin featured on SI.com

The Bills have tremendously athletic players in Spiller, Watkins, Goodwin who are unstoppable in space and some real good blockers in Freddie, Wood. It all goes back to the OL giving time for EJ Manuel and for EJ to be accurate to get the ball to these players. We have to find a way to move the chains and score. We lacked that sorely last year. -
I agree..Since the game is played once a week, it sets up so much anticipation over the rest of the week. It is almost how you are pinging for the WE to come when you are at work.

See if Preston and Spikes can adequately replace Kiko the Legend! -
Born 10,000 miles and years away from the Buffalo Bills, but landed in the vicinity and became a fan. My attachment to this team started when I stared at the screen watching wide right...that made me sympathize for this team and has been on its bandwagon every since.....Nothing beats the thought of looking at a fresh season with hope./.....Go Bills.

I just don't know if this team will have an All-Pro, at least for this year. This is still an emerging team dealt with another change in defensive philosophy, lost its best play maker in the secondary (Byrd), lost its best player on defense (Kiko) and an offense that is yet to prove. If they make the playoffs that will be because the team got better as a whole. There will be no one that raises above the others.

Greg Gabriel National Football Post previews 2014 Bills

I disagree. The biggest problem in Pettine's defense was that he could not stop the Run (28th) and get off the field on 3rd and longs. If Scwartz can fix those two with the new talent (Spikes, Rivers and Rookie Preston), then may be the defense will improve. The entire DL is coming back intact and have already shown that they can adjust. After all this team switched from a 4-3 just last year to Pettine's 3-4 and that front line did not miss a beat. -
I think we are closer than we have been in years

Actually we have question marks at all the three coordinator position. If anything I will give Hackett a pass as he had pretty much an empty tank to work with last year with the QB door constantly revolving and zero production from the WR position. Schwartz needs to show that he can plug the Running holes. Spikes and Preston are going to be key here. Crossman had one of the worst units. Even the recent news that our KR were asked to kneel down if 1/2 way into the endzone is a POOOR scheme. You will never win if you don't even try!!! Are you assuming that last year EJ struggled with his accuracy because he was not getting the protection upfront. I thought the line gave him enough protection; he simply overthrew the long ball consistently. -
Mario Williams to be on Top 100 tonight

It also shows that this team has the talent. With right coaching and a above average offense, this team can make the playoffs. -
Fall Developmental League (FXFL) to launch - will it work?

And I hope this scouting also know that they have their Franchise QB in EJ. This year is going to be on EJ to put it all together. He doesn't have to do it all by himself; just needs to be able to execute. Go Bills!

NFL: Television vs Stadium Experience
ganesh replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
TV > Stadium as Technology continues to improve... All Pros (When watching on a big screen in your basement with wonderful surround sound) - Get to watch with your best friends and family without paying for each one of them - Beer costs 20% of what you pay at the stadium (and that too for very limited crap) - Anything else that you would buy would cost 10% at your local grocery store. - Go out and play with your kids once the game is done, instead of sitting in a parking lot or thruway or beltway for the next two hours. The "Whole field view" is way over rated. The actual play is on for 2-3 seconds and very few people usually spot "holes" and open WRs. You can hardly see where the ball is, especially when you sitting way up in the upper decks. - Cold Weather. Horrible! Horrible! What you get for being at the stadium: - A chance to meet players as they enter/leave stadium and get autographs - To be part of (always emotional) renderings of National Anthems. - To be able to watch the half-time shows by Celebrities. -

You never know. Even in NE, Brady was buried behind Drew Bledsoe on the depth chart. Brady was determined to be successful and wrest the starting position. If Drew never gets hurt, NE would have found it hard to replace him a 6th Rd draft pick. Same way, considering that RJ was getting injured all the time, it might have opened the way for Brady to take charge and keep the position. Remember that at that time we still had an awesome defense and we could have won with Mr. Clutch.

Mandatory Monday: Top Front Sevens
ganesh replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Disagree. If you have a fierce pass rush, the QB is not planting his feet and throwing, but running for their lives. You can win balls games with a great front 7. Just ask Tom Brady./ -

The NFL is more likely to put a team in London first before Tornoto. -
He did get injured and was out for most of the season opening the door for Hughes to have a career year.
