  1. Close out games in the 4th quarter. Successful teams know how to move the chains and kill the clock. This team is yet to learn that, but there was a start at Foxboro on Sunday
  2. And yet as a Bills player, he never did anything stupid!!!!!
  3. Not surprising...Alexander is Ryan's guy having played earlier for him in NY. He knows the system and he adapts to that system Because Mario was always in front of him and being a lazy ass.
  4. It also means that the players have finally adopted the system and vice versa. Players are now making plays with natural instincts rather than guessing,
  5. And this opponent is leading the NFC West with a 3-1 record and just knocked off the Cardinals on the road!
  6. Agree. The OL played very well especially against a talented Patriots front-7. They gave Tyrod a lot of time to find his receivers and he overthrew. He needs to fix that.
  7. What I am missing from Tyrod is the consistency. He had a great first half. The Patriots bottled him up in the 2nd half. He needs to figure out better ways to get everyone involved and move the chains. Some of his long ball yesterday were inaccurate. We could have scored and shutdown this game in the 3rd quarter itself. The good part is TT is a learner and hopefully he will continue to improve.
  8. We got to win at home. If we win the next few games, then the crowd will be behind the team
  9. To the Offense. For showing up. Even though the Patriots defense shut it down in the 2nd half. Taylor did just enough to move the sticks and run the clock out.
  10. And a franchise qb if we tank this season
  11. How many "clean house" will we keep doing every two years....At some point you got to give them the continuity. It is not Rex's fault that the Bills haven't been to the playoffs in 15 years when he came on board. How many playoffs has Fisher taken the team. How many playoff wins does Marvin Lewis have for the Bengals in spite of a loaded roster.
  12. I am worried about our offense. It has been pretty lethargic except for McCoy's great game last week. Now it does not have Watkins, Clay and Salas. Wood and Goodwin don't give me any confidence.
  13. TT is having difficulty sustaining drives and finishing the games. He has not been able to close out the games and run out the clock. Our 3rd down conversions are very poor. The game comes down to how much McCoy can do damage on the ground
  14. And the times when Brady has been harassed, that has not worked....THe bills need to do the same...Rattle...I am more worried about our offense coming to the party.
  15. I guess you have no understanding of what it means to get your RIBS injured to surgically repairing your foot. Most of us will be on crutches or in bed for several months. The guy is trying to get back to work.
  16. I thought the whole idea of rehab was to get them away from their current surroundings (so that they are not tempted) and change their mindset before bringing them back. I guess not.
  17. Isn't he still in re-hab. Once he comes back from rehab he needs to get in football shape. I doubt we see Dareus before midseason
  18. Corey WHite filled in for Darby admirably. Good to see depth building in the secondary
  19. The Jets have tall receivers in Marshall, Decker and the 3rd guy. They simply out jumped our corners. Secondly, today Rex sent the house on Palmer and not giving him enough time. Last Thursday, Rex allowed Fitz to sit in the pocket and pick his receivers (which he had plenty). Today, the Chiefs attack them by rushing the passer. Fitz panics when rushed.
  20. The Browns sure let an opportunity go to get a Franchise QB. You play to the strength of your players and more or less you will win!!!!...You cannot push players into a scheme.
  21. I don't want trick plays...Let us make plays that move the chains consistently. We still can't figure out how to use Clay. It is really maddening. I personally did not see a big difference between Romand and Lynn. The only noticeable difference was running BETWEEN THE TACKLEs. No running east-west. It appeared to create a lot more opportunities...Not having Watkins hurt them in the passing game.
  22. The Bills still had a pretty bad offense. They were 4-13 on 3rd downs, couldn't sustain drives. The play calling on that safety was terrible. They knew the Cardinals were going to come all out. It almost cost us the game. There is still no offensive rhythm
  23. yeah. He cost us 7 points with the 2nd quarter TD
  24. Why would Rex want to retire if he is going to be fired. By getting fired, the Bills are on the hook for paying him the rest of his contract and Rex can continue to look for further employment in the NFL or go to the booth.
  25. When he had a Franchise QB at his hand !!!!
