The Bills threw out the years have hired all kinds of coaches, we hired a College coach, experienced coaches & coordinator coaches. Now it's time to add a coach that can build a NFL caliber staff from top to bottom. DW was able to complete what I call half a NFL staff the Defensive staff was definitely NFL caliber but he short changed us on the offensive side of the ball. Nate Hackett, Pat Morris and the rest of the staff were either from college or not house hold names in the NFL. Whoever we hire now needs to have the clout to build this staff with experienced NFL guys for example is we hire Derell Bevel it would be nice to keep our defensive staff & special teams in place while adding on Offense a guy like Trestman for Oc and Greg Roman as Oline/running gm coordinator. Even the positional coaches need to be guys that have experience. Im tired of the Bills hiring half a staff filled with inexperienced guys. Its a new era in Buffalo and Terry is first class all the way I expect him to use this strategy going forward. Just take a look around the league at the teams that are good and dont have those Super bowl caliber QBs. ARZ, SEA, PHILLY BALT, DET, CINNY all these teams have great staffs in place and they know how to develop players. These teams usually don't get out coached on a week to week basis. These teams are winners because there prepared. Last but not least I hope the Bills stay away from candidates that come from teams with franchise QBs like McDaniels, Gase, Haley & Reich. These guys can be products of there QBs. I would rather hire a guy like Darell Bevel, Rex Ryan or of course Bill Cowher. These coaches have proven they can win by developing QBs to fit there systems.

Im tired of Nino Brown I mean Nino Brandons Kool-Aid stand, Yesterday I decided that this was enough. I mean this guy is the king of Kool-Aid he has all the flavors even the ones that haven't come out yet. That press conference should be illegal based on all the Kool-Aid they were selling us. Its time to introduce the Bill Polians Milk Shake stand. At least u know what your getting. He's a wise NFL czar that's not gonna feed us some busines plan. Mr Polian will show DW how to build a full team from top to bottom and u can bet your bottom dollar that he won't take a full off-season rebuilding our special teams units. That was ridiculous.

MM would be an excellent addition to this team. First of all he wouldn't be shy about entering a QB battle. He's also a fiery leader with intestinal fortitude, the man plays loose and isn't afraid of the big moments. He has a solid arm and throws a nice deep ball and Wouldn't command much salary. The last time MM played was 2011, he finished the yr for the Dolphins with a 6-3 record in which he lead them to scoring over 20pts 8 out of 9gms. 4 of those gms they scored 30 or more including that 35-8 beat down of our beloved Bills. MM did all this after his team started that season 0-7. I live in Miami and remember his teammates saying on multiple occasions that he kept them together and showed an incredible will to win. I witnessed this first hand and believe it. Living in Miami me and my friends watch all our gms together. We have at least 4tvs going on Sundays to follow our teams and fantasy squads. Im not saying MM is the answer to our franchise QB issues, what he is though is an excellent bridge. I think the Bills should sign MM and either trade for another QB like Nassib or sign another guy like Ryan Mallett. These moves will make things interesting going into next season with a full on QB battle between 3guys including EJ. All 3 would have something to offer and would make our team better. Making these moves also wouldn't cost the Bills much salary cap space and should allow us to fill in pivotal holes on our roster like the oline, Te and RBs. Better team equals more production. The way I see it other then a unforeseen trade for a franchise QB like Brees or some other aging star this is truly the best way yo attack this off-season. Go Bills!

Cutler won't come with in a 1000 miles of this team unless Maroone is gone. Maroone said today that he wants to preach abd teach his team to cut down turnovers. How in the world is he gonna do that. Turnovers are a cause of human error most times. Maroone is an absolute jk and he's wasting his time with this. It just shows who really is the problem.

I hope Marrone opts out him & his 3 wide sets. The man doesn't know what a spread offense is and definitely never heard of 4 or 5 wrs sets.

Urbik Chris Williams Pears The Bills will be in full revamp mode for oline

If we get Bradford we need to sign a nice strong bkup like Matt Moore. #1 Bradford #2 Moore #3 Ej I would love this

Anyone that's trying to trade for QB needs a QB so therefore the price is already higher then usual. Thats why Rob Johnson was traded for a 1st and others were traded for multiple pks. If multiple teams are trying to trade for same guy obviously the price goes up. Hence the term supply & demand. I hope this helps.

I see 5 teams that can be realistic destinations for Foles, Bills, Jets, Hou, Chi & Stl. I think a mixture of Ej & Leodis or a pk 4th can get the job done on this deal. Philly has some serious prbs in secondary Leodis makes alot of sence here. Leodis & 4th or EJ & 3rd I can see that being enough.

The Bills will trade for Nick Foles. Philly will be shopping him hard this off-season. Chip Kelly wants a mobile QB to lead his offense. I see this happening. Foles will also be a free agent in 2016. Philly will not commit to him long term.. This makes sense for both teams because the Bills get better at QB on a 1yr addition for Foles and Philly will draft a QB high in this yrs draft possibly Hundley. Chip Kelly doesn't seem like a guy that likes to waste time. Nick Foles come to Buffalo baby!

Id take Warford in the 2nd and O´Leary in the 3rd. Te position solved for next 5yrs. Keep Chandler at the 1.75 mil salary now we can use 3te sets.

I don't understand everyone on this board wants the oline & Oc coaches fired. I think Tyrone Weatley & Rob Moore should be both sent packing. MOF I think this whole offensive staff needs to be replaced with NFL quality coaches. This staff as a whole needs to be upgraded offensively. The Defense has guys like Pepper Johnson, Henderson & Schwartz these guys are elite at there jobs. Let's match this on O I would go hard at Tony Sparono or Greg Roman offensive line coach these 2 can also help in the running gms. I would like to see an OC like Rob Chudzinski as OC. We need coaches with experience. Last but not least coach Marrone needs to cede power to the next set of offensive coaches. Jason Garrett did the same thing in Dallas now look at them. The best coaches sometimes are the ones that know when to take a step bk or change for the sake of the team. Tom Coughlin did the same thing with the Giants and won 2 Suoerbowls afterwards. Marrone if u stay make the change get out of your conservative approach & let's open this Offense up

I'm definitely on board with Rex as long as the Bills hire the best OC, offensive staff that money can buy.

Rod Chudzinski would be a big upgrade over Hackett plus he looks like Marrones little brother. Chuds can be instrumental in bringing in Cameron Jordan considering we had a career yr in his offense. Plus Chuds works great with #1 wrs Sammy would definitely be targeted heavily in his scheme. Yes Chudzinski would be great he has experience and he's done fine with all his offenses that he's coached. Plus he's well rounded in the rushing and passing attacks Greg Roman won't be an OC anymore after the season the 49ers just had on Offense. What he would be great for is Oline coach- -running gm assistant. I would love to add him in this capacity.

This line needs to be revamped and I think everyone knows this including DM & DW

Let's face it Kujo and Richardson don't look like the answers to our problems. We shouldn't rely on them to develop we must address our problems on the line via free agency. If those guys develop then we have adequate depth on our line and possibilities moving forward. If the Bills cut Chris Williams, Urbik & Wood that move would cut at least 11mil of our cap. So making these 2 signings wouldn't kill us financially. The Bills will have plenty of cap money available to keep Hughes and upgrade this team. If I was Whaley I would rebuild the whole interior of the line get rid of Wood & the guards. These guys get bullied on the regular. It's tiifme to add a new oline coach and buy us a new line. On the first day of free agency i would host Rodney Hudson & Mike Iuputi we can probably add those 2 players for about 12mil per yr combined. These 2 players will upgrade our line to a strength on this team.

Jeremy Parnell is a beast, would definitely be an upgrade over Henderson.

Gus Malzhan & Art Briles would be great candidates as well as Urban Meyer. I would love to see one of them come in and keep our Defensive coaches in place. Schwartz with anyone of these 3 coaches equals playoffs

We need some country strong athletic mean mofos on this line, I don't think anyone should be safe especially in the interior line. This coming draft and free agency should have a heavy emphasis on rebuilding this whole unit even the bkups need to be replaced. Pears & Hairston will be free agents and Urbik & Williams should be cut. The Bills need to draft Eric Wood replacement this yr and give him a chance to develop for a yr on the bench. EW gets over 4mil per and that's alot for a mid to lower tier center. He's definitely not top notch and if u think so ask yourself when was the last time u said what a block by Wood. He has no power and isn't as agile as he once was before he started getting injured. Let's surround him with 2 capable guards and a new experienced oline coach and we will see if he's the problem. If he is we should have his replacement ready by 2016

I'm so on board with this plan that I would give the Skins a high pk to make this happen. 2nd rounder maybe even a 1st that's how desperate I am.

First we need the new offensive line coach. Greg Roman or Tony Sparano, then 2 Athletic Guards & step 3 is Cordy & Henderson getting into the gym. C & H both need great off seasons. These 2 guys need some more strength and conditioning. There both to big they need to lose at least 20lbs each. Cordy might need to lose 30lbs. These 2 tackles are horrible in space and can't push anyone in the run gm..
