I'll just give all my picks, because I think it's kind of silly when fans create their own threads for mocks. Disclaimer: This is not what I want to happen, but what I think will happen. 1) Eric Ebron, UNC, TE - The Bills aren't drafting a RT in the top 10. Heck, the Bills won't even draft a LT in the 1st round. Whaley said the best college game he'd seen all year was UNC/Miami where Ebron ran wild to the tune of 199 yds. He was one of the first players they brought in to visit OBD in April. I'm personally not a big fan of this pick. 2) Dee Ford, Auburn, DE - An absolute perfect fit into Schwartz's D as an undersized end. 3) Jeremy Hill, LSU, RB - If I had to bet on one thing happening this draft, it's that the BIlls will draft a RB in either the 2nd or 3rd round. They brought in 6 to look at (Hill was an early visit), and even made a play for C. Johnson. Hill may not last this long - or they may possibly take C. Hyde in the 2nd. This pick won't be a hit with the FredEx fanbase. 4) Jack Mewhort, OSU, OT - He has the versatility that this front office seems to be enamored with. Might be a stretch for him to last this long. 5) Ross Cockrell, Duke, CB - The Bills love 6-foot+ corners and this guy is a special teams ace to boot. Another one of the first players they brought in to visit OBD. 7) Charles Siddoway, Miss St, OT - This pick would never happen in a million years under Chan Gailey. Marrone has proved that with D.Rodgers, B.Spikes, and M.Williams, that he's not afraid to take a guy with character issues. Even with a pending trial, Siddoway is 3-4th round talent and probably won't go undrafted. He visited in early April. UDFA) Jordan Love, Towson, CB - Reportedly turned a lot of heads at his pro day, where there were 3 Bills reps present to assess both him and RB Terrence West.

[closed]Bills relocation process step #1...
QCity replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought it was common knowledge that a new stadium will be needed after the current 7/10 lease runs out. You didn't think we were going to be playing in that concrete hole in 2030, did you? -
Honestly? I hate this hack Mike Rodak
QCity replied to ThurmasThoman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Do you know who Joe DeLamielleure is? He's the person who said that. Look him up. Rodak is leaps and bounds better than Walker was, and I'd like to know exactly what he said wrong in that article because it's the truth. To be honest, you sound like a little kid with a personal vendetta because a writer for our team lives in a rival's city. (Jack Nicholson voice) If you can't handle the truth, then I suggest Chris Brown over at Buffalobills.com. He'll pat you on the head and whisper sweet nothings in your ear, and he'll tell you what a great fan you are and that everything is going to be alright. -
Was Manuel Whaley's choice or Nix's??

A few posters have quite the active imagination. -
I'll echo what everyone else has said, the amenities are fantastic but the crowd energy is lacking. My advice would be to buy tickets to a single game there and take in the experience firsthand before making a commitment to season tickets.

Bucs willing to trade Mike Glennon
QCity replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What can I say? Some people get it, for others it just takes them a little longer to figure things out. -
Bucs willing to trade Mike Glennon
QCity replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, let's make fun of a team striving to get a franchise QB while we go 6-10 again. -
Can we short this? /ducks

Based on pre-draft visits, the Bills will take a RB in round 2 or 3.

I'm just going to quote myself from your last thread about the exact same thing.

Coming to Buffalo, looking for advice
QCity replied to packfntk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wait on your tickets. In late November you'll be able to get club level for that price. Avoid the endzone for December games, it will be full of over-intoxicated people trying to stay warm whist drowning their sorrows. -
Coming to Buffalo, looking for advice
QCity replied to packfntk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The tailgating is fantastic at the beginning of the year when there's still hope. Unfortunately we haven't made the playoffs since the 90s and you are coming in week 15, so odds are the stadium is going to be half empty. If by some miracle we are gunning for a playoff spot in week 15, you will see a absolute circus. -
I just stopped by to laugh at the whiners. Big shout out to the eternally delusional that thought we would get a Sunday night game. I like the sched!

They saw that the people getting extra text messages got $3M so they lawyer-ed up and hopped on that train.

Agreed. All the mock draft chatter has just turned into white noise and I've tuned it out because the draft seems so far away. The NFL dropped the ball on this one.

Better Draft Day (s) coverage: ESPN or NFLN?

*yawn* What does it mean that Mary Wilson is in control of the Buffalo Bills?

2014 NFL Compensatory Draft Picks
QCity replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The pick is based on how much money the free agent signed for. Pittsburgh - 3rd round - lost Mike Williams who signed for $60M Green Bay - 3rd round - lost Greg Jennings who signed for $47.5M We lost Levitre for $48M, which means we would have had a 3rd round pick if we didn't sign Alan Branch. But because we didn't have a net loss, we get nothing (and nothing next year either). -
ESPN: Bills' backup plan for Byrd underwhelming

It's not their job to "try to make us feel better," and that article is hardly "blasting the Bills." -
ESPN: Bills' backup plan for Byrd underwhelming
QCity replied to Pitta's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Article is spot-on. As a matter of fact, "underwhelming" is being pretty generous when describing Searcy, D. Williams and Meeks. -
