  1. Get it done Whaley. Bring Stevie back. He can represent the number of productive Bills that were on bad teams and unable to make the playoffs. I always liked him. He was committed to Buffalo.
  2. SMH Devil Dog. He did a lot more for the Buffalo Bills and the City than this one play. I'd welcome him back very quickly.
  3. Hall of Fame QB.....Yes. They'll continue to address the OL and pick up another receiving threat (preferably a TE). Kelly's passing would open up the running game.
  4. I'm sure the other is Rex. I like them both IRT making the team better (Incognito and Rex).
  5. Have fans really been asking for the Blue on Blue?
  6. Chad Kelly commits to Ole Miss. SEC football with an opportunity to compete for a starting job. They have a good defense and have done well recruiting as of late. JUCO ball - but he did put up significant numbers this year. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/former-clemson-qb-chad-kelly-tweets-he-s-going-to-ole-miss-222238719.html
  7. These games are good.....But our game is about to Start! !!
  8. Was just thinking that.....Stay away from that guy when near the endzone. Congrats on OSU making the final 4 by the way.
  9. Starting to wish the Bills always had late afternoon games. So much football to watch with the excitement of our game to follow.
  10. Wow. Kruger just drilled Luck on a 3rd and 10. Sack, turned into a personal foul. Colts on the move.
  11. Colts have yet to convert a 3rd down. It's 13:12 left in the second quarter.
  12. Ha ha, I get the same reaction in NC. But I even have awaiting Bills jerseys for all to wear. They know the drill, you want food - put the jersey on!
  13. Thanks Mularkey. A couple of beers and the eve of the new season led to that. Go Bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I've seen this done before. Here is my hack at it. Just like a kid on Christmas.....I'm excited. Go Bills! Twas the night before football season, when all through the house not a player was stirring not even at the Ralph, the jerseys were hung by the lockers with care, in hopes that St. Doug soon would be there; The fans were nestled all snug in their beds; while visions of touch downs rushed in their heads; and Mama in her nighty, and I in my briefs, had just settled down for a end of summer roll in the sheets, when out on the lawn there arose such a clatter, I sprang to the occasion and finished the matter. Away to the tube I flew like a flash, making sure that I still had a good fantasy football draft. Picks one and two I only knew, that my picks were good through and through. When what to my wandering eyes did appear, but EJ Manuel and the offense in high gear. With a little bald coordinator and a blinding glare, I only knew Nate Hackett must be here. More rapid than Tom Brady and his favorite boy toy, he whistled, he shouted, and called them with joy: "Now Jackson, Now Brown, Now Dixon and CJ, On Sammy, On Woods, On Williams and EJ! To the top of the end zone to the top of them all! Now gain away, gain away , gain away all! And then in a whistle, I heard on the field, the hitting and tackling of the NFL shield. Refs here and there tried to blow another game for the Buffalo Bills and the faithful fans everywhere. This year, our time, our time is now, just wait and the Bills will take a bow. Vince Lombardi and that silver trophy will finally meet the city that leads to the falls and the rest of the country can suck Buffalo's big blue balls.
  15. I checked the site.....Nothing. Maybe I didn't read the message correctly, I thought it read a statement was already available on the Bills website. Hoping it's a horrible hoax! And there it is. That just sucks. And there it is. That just sucks.
  16. I understand the volume of Jim Kelly threads, specifically the topics regarding his health and current fight with cancer. If needed to be merged, good deal. However, I feel the below article deserved a thread due to the example of how tough Jim Kelly really is....Not only tough, but committed to those around him. I remember this night, not because I attended the event - that didn't happen, but because I actually spoke to Jim Kelly that evening. My Father-In-Law is a photographer in the Mississippi area and he actually did go to the fundraising dinner in honor of Kent Hull and the new Top Collegiate Mississippi OL award. Long story, short.....My Father-In-Law somehow managed to get Jim Kelly (on my Father-In-Law's cell phone) to talk to me. Jim Kelly got on the phone and said, "Hey, this Doug Flutie....Just kidding, it's Jim Kelly". Sitting in my living room, multiple states away - later in the evening - I was stunned. The conversation was short, but memorable. He certainly did not sound like a guy dealing with hardships described in the article. Not that I, or we, need another reason....But this demonstrates why we continue to admire, root, and pull for Jim. http://djournal.com/sports/rick-cleveland-tough-guy-quarterback-jim-kelly-fight-life/
  17. I tend to watch former Bills. If they played for our team (unless they parted on bad terms and depending what that reason was), I tend to pull for them. Especially when they have success or win a super bowl (Don Beebe from way back). Kind of like, I knew he could it. Good for him.
  18. If Whaley were to pull that off......Executive of the Year!
  19. Okay, okay. I admit it. I'm a guy in NC. But I'll have to talk to my wife first. This is a big decision.
  20. Check this out. Unions in college athletics is a possibility. This could change things significantly. http://my.chicagotribune.com/#story/chi-northwestern-union-bid-20140326/
