To parse my opinion a bit more I have felt during the Whole season that we should have developed a run game early to balance Josh. Especially with Kromers arrival Sure plenty of factors go into that. But we have seen Josh playing Hero Ball for quite a while to overcome what Offense was lacking. Going back to second half of Packers game. I just felt Dorsey was not simplifying routes and check downs (maybe thats Allen again and putting some more focus on a a balanced Off from week to week that Defs should respect. enough from me I think Go Bills Yes Bills are getting it done somehow and I love it !

Very well stated. I did read a bit about WRs not being crisp and or a tad off on timing with breaking and or getting to the spot expected. Thats something WR, TE Coaches can and should work on. Because you have taken the time to watch all 22 etc like many of you folks do. I feel you are on to something though, Dorsey will get his footing in time and yes , he and Allen are tight. But bringing Frank in as O advisor or OC whisperer > Ken Dorsey might be grateful as heck ! I mean who is he leaning on right now ? McD ? A defense expert. Frank wants to get back to work asap in any capacity ! He would be an asset and not a threat to Ken I am sure. Genius you are Ganesh !

why would you think winning is not the main objective? Defenses should not be dictating what the Offense is doing ! And Josh should not have to overide the play call so often and play hero ball to win games.

The question becomes valid when do not see growth from Ken as much as we might hope. We see Allen carrying the Team each week. Its just the fact. Thought game planning would have improved a bit more by now.to take Allen of the hook for our run game, when we need the yards. and yes the pass game looks sketchy at times with patterns never getting open or Josh not seeing wide opens. So teams are two manning Davis , over and under, inside and out. Checking him at the line ? I am not so sure teams are playing Davis so hard as Dorsey is not designing plays to get him open. If Shakir is not getting open as you suggest (fairly correctly) Use him in rub routes and chip and release plays to get some use out of him. I just dont agree you cannot get Davis open enough to increase his success rate. I do see motor and Cook open. But i think i am in the wrong argument LOL I am still bitching about Dorsey

Not just you. Very reasonable insight. Josh and Dorsey need to find Davis and make him a consistent threat. Throw him open more instead of side line grabs. What happened to the timing play called the button hook? Is it just me who is short sighted but cant Dorsey and Josh just set up the easy pass plays to Shakir and Motor to get the rhythm going ? Even a little Q Morris get open. But get Davis some basic throw and catch plays and then build from that Maybe same for Mck. or he is in over his head as WR 3 I was referring to the season, official and unofficial. Simple as that. From what I have seen so far this season is that more and better effort from him would have turned those incompletes and DROPS in to catches and perhaps score. I suspect Josh has been getting pissed about some of the basic mental mistakes that isaiah has made all season

Elam was and is a work in progress. I thought everyone knew that when he was drafted ? and let us not get into the argument about where he was drafted and the Fans expectations please. ty Can Bills Coach this Kid up to his ceiling over he next few seasons?
