we have a sub par rookie OC who is learning the ropes the hard way Part of HC is building constantly. Losing Dabolls exp was going to happen but a big drop off with in game exp over decades. Like frazier does I think McD lets em learn as they go. Experience being the ultimate teacher. we are 9-3 by sheer will i feel sometimes. Team Game

It really is the impressive combination of talent and mindset of McBeane ( i sue that sincerely as they are seemingly conjoined in thinking and method. These two are fairly amazing, for all their faults. Prefer we keep this thing running for good few years. Maybe K Dorsey will gather himself after all ! Frazier is solid as a rock We are so close to maintaining as long term contenders. The trick is taking us over the top finally. It hasn't been done in my Lifetime so is likely a superhuman act. I believe in Those two and trust that darned Process !

I see what you did there well . ..... we shall see lol

I am not sure how much Dorsey adjusts either. But it worked. The run game needs to be part of a Holistic Bills Offense. They need to become very good at running, even when they dont run. Besides that , O linemen love to run block. its a fact. Makes em happy to push the Other guys around !

They are not always well designed IMO, as if Ken uses the run if Josh is struggling to pull the rabbits out of his hat. Run game etc, as mentioned above should be a focus, and then the big plays will come
-
I loathe Dorsey of late. PP struggles , make the run game go. and the flares dumps screens all those nifty things to help Josh

Rochester First: Eric Washington gives DL uncommon freedom

He still has his tendencies -
agreed. he has been working on stuff each game (McFrazier) still have some slight concerns about adjusting for such exploitation of Jackson at times. Good lord Kid ! Turn the head and trust your body. Maybe he needs the Leodis McKelvin training video that changed his game. Become the receiver just before the ball arrives. Play the ball those last few seconds I know sounds easy from my armchair lol

Imagine he is more mentor than executioner. That fine by me Bull

This combination of Key Players certainly affect the young ones and less experienced players we have been fielding lately Good points Not sure why we dont see more over under coverages at times

Interesting article , I suppose they still need to very situationally aware to have Team success. Such as knowing what play is going on behind them Cant just be all fun and game now can it ? 🤣 -
You are once again kind in your critique. Watching some of the routes finish i wonder what Dorsey is thinking running patterns that draw two and 3 defenders into a spot. Not a fan of his pass play calls at all and why i want the run game. Kromer knows much more than Dorsey and Ken should lean on him more. He is not fooling anyone with his pass designs

McKenzie's Place in the Offense Going Forward
3rdand12 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nope. I dont really. That is going to remain a McK thing. I am hoping for Shakir in the slot as a possession receiver, and Mr Hines returning + what you say ? that was after his knees were done. Before that he would get over and come back for the nine. still no yac lol -
McKenzie's Place in the Offense Going Forward

and that worked. I McK is a situational player. Not a slot receiver. sorry kids Love him but he is not the answer. get the "run" game going and we (Josh) might see him getting open more often and sprinting past everyone for the score ! -

he drops balls and has mental errors and then makes a decent play. Not sure what to do with him but to compare, he does have a the Big potential for YAC etc. I want Shakir to take over the slot and find another superspeed kid in the draft -

Like I mentioned , allows McFrazier some more flex in how they line up. I think this season (excepting injuries) this roster is closer to what they ( McBeanes ) had in mind to rotate for situational football as the call it . do Jones and Settle have two year or + contracts ? -
Devin Singletary Mic'd Up Bills vs. Browns
3rdand12 replied to Warcodered's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have been an unwavering fan of this Kid. They keep D and Cook and that Hines next year or two, hell yes we got somethin' Devin got the Bills Blood . Dorsey and Kromer just need to make those 3 shine on. Allen will get his all day if they keep those 3 and make them work ty for the video War. good workout last week -

About Time. Jones has been a difference maker . Not just because he balls out. But because Frazier can play a different game this year. Love Jones and super underated IMHO ! He and Tim Settle are my favorite two to watch up front. Unlike Phillips these guys have discipline and stick to the task at hand. Nice mix with Oliver and Phillips as penetrating DTs and when Jones gets push on a double? You can see it shift the RB and or QB off the spot or lane Thanks for finally getting the Shout Out up here for D Jones !
