  1. Their Incognito thread from February is very funny.
  2. Those were the two individuals responsible for the offensive scheme... I don't get your point. you're focusing on a draft that happened 2 seasons ago, during a time when the BILLS had very little weapons on offense. We needed key players. Whaley got one. Regardless of whether you agree with the move or not, it can't be refuted that Sammy is a key component to this offense. Targeted or not.
  3. you do realize Sammy was drafted during the Marrone, Hackett administration? I doubt their offensive scheme, or lack thereof, matched that of Rex and Roman. When the Bills traded up for Sammy, we did NOT have Harvin, McCoy, Karlos Williams, or Clay.
  4. funny, because that's EXACTLY what Sammy said during a presser. He gets it. Why can't certain fans. The Bills have far too many dangerous weapons to be worried about numbers. Let the other teams find out the hard way.
  5. I dont understand the obsession. the point of every game is to go out and WIN. whether Sammy is targeted or not, why does that matter if the outcome is a WIN? Sammy even said he understands that some weeks he will have few to no targets, and other weeks, more. Sammy's presence on the field alone, impacts the game. I don't understand why his position in the draft matters, or what the Bills "gave up" to get him. He is helping this team WIN whether he's catching passes or not. He knows that, the coaches know that, and best believe other teams in the league know that. It's week ONE. This is Rex and Roman we are talking about, not Moron and Hackless. The game plan will be different from week to week, dependent on the opponent. Stating that it's time for Sammy to "start playing ball", indicates a lack of effort on his part. Which simply isn't true. He's not calling the plays, nor is he throwing the ball. Sammy is a team player, and it's nice to have someone so prolific, not complain or pout about his lack of touches. He has a team first mentality. We should all have that. Why are some people acting as if they are personally vested? No one cares about your fanstasy, other than you. WINNING is what matters, not how many touches a player gets. I want this team to make the play offs.
  6. haha oh my... apparently they are golf buddies...? someone posted "winners support winners". in all fairness, these two definitely have their own definition of what constitutes for "winning".
  7. haha says the guy backing the LOUDEST mouthed presidential candidate, in recent history... oh the irony.
  8. ditto. went there for the first time just now. The threads seem very scattered and the topics are strangely laid out.
  9. hahaha that would be hysterical! I wonder how many swayed answers you'd get. definitely some pretty interesting insights and viewpoints in that forum haha. the funniest viewpoint is that TT is "just not a good QB" we'll see.
  10. Great to know! My girlfriend and I just moved here on Friday.
  11. Tomlin said most of the first half, during the presser.
  12. hahaha wow. "R&B movement"? haha someone needs a music history lesson. blues artists (which is where country gets its roots from) have been dressing like this for years. Bob Dylan had zero influence. R&B isn't a movement. Rhythm and Blues has been around since the 40s. That's when Bob Dylan was born. So really, it would be the reverse. haha judging? relax. the word is dated. you don't here people referring to dancing as "cutting the rug" or saying "well gee pa, she really is the bee's knees" do you now who ACTUALLY came up with that word. Lil Wayne, back in the early 2000s. The word is dated and kind of corny. haha and everyone who seems to be furthest away from the culture that they are referring to, are the only ones who use it.
  13. Why do you care what this man, or any player wears? they are there to play football, not give fashion tips or adhere to some old stuffy image of "classy" Last time a checked, a person's demeanor determined how "classy" they are, not a hat and a necklace. As for the "hip-hop artist" comment...yea I could imagine that was a real stretch of the imagination for ya. If he were wearing ANYTHING other than a suit and tie, you would probably draw the same comparison. oh and "bling"....yea it's 2015, going on 2016. find a new word.
  14. perhaps it was over a bet. seems more likely than Geno having to borrow money.
  15. I've never seen so many "fans" hoping for a player's failure. Kind of strange. Be it Fred or McCoy what's with all of the ill will?
  16. so many people in their high horse. haha i assume many will be tried for sainthood.
  17. I don't get this. opportunity is opportunity. QBs aren't the only players being drafted.
  18. Precisely. Very classless. I find it funny how disrespectful people in this country can be towards its leader. No matter whom that man, or woman is, respect where respect is due. It's no different than when Tim Thomas snubbed the WH. But they're both based out of Boston, so I guess I'm not too surprised.
  19. but he is also of Nigerian descent. one does not negate the other.
  20. no they just hired the first woman they saw walking out of the hair salon. seriously? you mean break down barriers? yea I wish it weren't so obvious either. ....i just don't get the cynicism.
  21. another notch in the "why Tom Hanks is my favorite actor" column.
  22. haha this thread is like a trip back to elementary school. haha how sad.
