You can write a ticket for every traffic violation in addition to the DWI charge if you want. He may have been given tickets for the speeding and reckless driving. It would be curious if he didn’t get those tickets especially when the officer observed him speeding and swerving.

The cameras in cop cars aren’t constantly recording during the entire shift. There likely isn’t going to be video of him driving unless the officer turned them on prior to the stop. Oh please

Why would you assume anything good or bad? It’s ridiculous. Maybe Josh scores if he’s not injured. Maybe he throws another pick or fumbles. We don’t know. To pretend like you can accurately assume what would’ve happened is stupid.

Allen got injured on 3rd and 8 with the ball on the NE 45. The 4th quarter had just started (14:54 left) so there was still plenty of time for NE even if we go ahead. Why would you assume that had Josh not been injured the following play would have resulted in the same outcome? Maybe Josh throws another pick on the next play.

So his footwork isn’t excellent. But Trubisky clearly has to work on his fundamentals. Saying Allen was a raw prospect is fine. I just don’t see the need to exaggerate how other raw prospects were way more developed compared to him.

Trubisky attempted less passes in college than Allen. You literally looked up his stats to show he was 18th in TD %. Did you really need someone else to post them even though you’re already aware that they won’t rank favorably? Seriously? Are you that obtuse?

I will only speak about NY but if you refuse the breath test it just means you’re getting another ticket if arrested for DWI. The breath test is also the last thing we do during sobriety testing and is not necessary to arrest someone for DWI. No need for a warrant if you refuse, it will just be indicated that you refused and I will list all the other test results showing you were under the influence.

Im not sure what they mean when they say DWI certified officer. Usually that just means that the officer was trained in administering field sobriety testing. Typically, if you’re specifically a drug recognition expert then you would be referred to as such.

You didn’t have to find anything as I know what I said. Perhaps you needed the refresher? You took exception to someone pointing out that Allen’s passing stats weren’t good and you asked for examples as if to say they were wrong. That’s how we got to this point. Rather than accepting the obvious, you chose to pick up a sword and fight and I’m not sure why.
