  1. Imagine what she'd do if KIKO were in the jersey.
  2. Because Incognito is more black than Martin.
  3. Best comment: "He considered writing in Scott Norwood instead, but found his platform to be too far to the right." Pa dow.
  4. Well, maybe, but perhaps not...talent at that level gets extra priviledge...more than Pizza Hut talent. The slur brings it into a new stratosphere, more than threatening to defecate in someone's mouth (!) or to kill said person (!!), which in my view is utter mindlessness. Just read the comments in one story; 90 percent are race related. If someone A) Called me a honkey cracka, B) Said they were going to defecate in my mouth and C) Kill me, my list of grievances would be C, B with a distant like Pluto third to A.
  5. Sounds like a plan. Just no Eskimos. I hate those mother !@#$ers.
  6. The story in Miami is now national and goes something like this: Subject A causes a generally hostile work environment for Subject B ... and extorts him out of money ... and, oh yeah, by the way, allegedly threatens his life. And the lead in every story is Subject A calls Subject B a bad racial name. THEN it's the life threatening stuff. Before, he was just a bully who took it too far. NOW he's a raaciisstt. What a bad man! Kick him out of the NFL! The word he used suddenly becomes an excuse for covering the story. Not the other stuff. I know racial sensitivities trump logic, and that I'm likely in the minority opinion (yes I'm white...and no, that shouldn't matter), but why should anybody care that he called Martin a name that's likely said a hundred times a day in the locker room? Incognito should've been suspended long before this. (And either Philbin or Martin or another teammate should've stood up to this bully). The moral here, if you're white, you can treat people like dog****. Just don't call them racial names. When we learn to not get our panties in a wad over a stupid word -- a loaded word, but a word nonetheless -- and stop being so sensitive, then maybe we can start looking at racial issues logically.
  7. I noticed those posts too. To some people, "invisible" means no sacks.
  8. The NFL has become awash in rules. It was most definitely a catch by any normal fan's standards
  9. With all due respect, that is absurd. Fredex is freaking amazing. The extra yards he gets--the vast majority of teams would be thrilled to have him as a No. 1. We have a potential franchise QB. We have one of the best run games in the NFL. Our D is finally stuffing teams. If we had an experienced QB, we would have won this handily. I don't know about you, but this team has a different feeling. They hit harder, tackle better, attack, and the run game is outstanding. We get Manuel back, and this team has the potential to be really good. The fact people can't see how this team is different -- and I'm no homer -- is staggering to me.
  10. Kolb, Manuel, Lewis, Tuel. Fourth string quarterback is accurate. He could become fifth string if Flynn is ready. Fred was stuffed three times in a row. The pass was a good call. It was a bad throw. As rookie fourth stringers tend to do from time to time, as well as good ones.
  11. Undrafted rookie in his first game makes some big plays and, as expected, some bonehead ones, sees his receivers drop five-plus passes, one with a fumble, an OC calling a game like he's calling for a veteran, and people are calling for his head. I saw a promising young quarterback play an exciting game. Avoided sacks from the No. 1 sack team, made some good quick decisions, and, yes, made some horrible throws. It's his first game. Good grief.
  12. Embarrassing thread.
  13. This game's rules are too complex. How that isn't a catch is insane.
  14. Catch. This ref old man Winters sucks donkey balls.
  15. Wow. Just wow. This should be 30-3, Bills. These turnovers are killing this team.
  16. Boom! What a hit, and save, by Robey.
  17. It's TUEL TIME! He's got a nice touch on that deep ball. Couple that with a speedy receiver...
  18. Great D! This is how you beat this team. No INTs Tuel. No INTs Tuel. Repeat after me...
  19. Not a bad drive. If we get a couple big plays on D, and harass Smith, and don't give up any INTs, we can win this. Can't drop balls like that one though. The margin for error is going to be small.
  20. The fact we're depressed that Thad Lewis won't likely play is depressing. That said, I'm hoping he can play. And if he doesn't, it's Tuel Time, baby!
