This has possibilities. I always thought Chris Hogan would make a great CB (he has shifty hips). Watkins has all the intangibles to be a great QB in this league. Big hands, height, a "never say die" attitude when it comes to playing through pain. My only question is the Wunderlic (although I imagine he would score well above Tyrod's 15).

So the prodigal son returns?? Just in time to see Pakistan kick some New Zealand ass in the Google400 Tournament of Cricket Champions (the GTCC).

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure we gave up three first rounders to get him. #whaleydrafttechnique

Any LB from BC has McDermott's attention if they are anything like Keuchly

I've liked Milano as well. Watched him at the Training Camp I went to. He had a nice INT and was always around the ball. No question he has a fire in his belly to play. Hope to see him on the 53.

Did Beast Mode always sit

You know what? You're the reason we can't have good threads to discuss questions relating to NFL players and ex-Bills. Every post I've read from you in this thread throws a blanket over every white guy as a racist. Then, people feel the need to defend themselves. You haven't even addressed the main question posed: Marshawn said "he's always sat for the anthem for the past 11 years". I thought that was incorrect and Disco found proof. So it appears to me Marshawn is an opportunist who wants to test the water and see what the public's reaction is...when called out on it (by media) he claims "ohhhh, I've always done that"....which is wrong. On the other hand, if Marshawn can sit and "protest" (if that's, in fact, what he was doing) and was still able to sign a two year deal with the Raiders, then maybe the current argument that Kaepernick is being blackballed is a fallacy...Marshawn sits but gets millions because he's a good players and Kaepernick sits but doesn't get signed because he is NOT a good player. -
Did Beast Mode always sit

Nice find. I figured he was mistaken...maybe he just sits when it is cool to sit, but stands at other times. But for him to say he always sat (before it was cool to sit or kneel) is disingenuous. -

Why would it close? Can we not discuss a Bills-related issue (did Marshawn always sit during the anthem as he now claims) in an adult manner? Asking for it to close speaks volumes in my opinion. Marshawn was treated with respect in Buffalo (by fans and law enforcement alike when he skated on a hit and run). I don't recall him sitting during the anthem as he claims. -

My only question is whether he "always" sat (even as a Buffalo Bill). I'm sure we have some cracker jack investigate journalists that can find a google image of Beast Mode standing with his team on the sideline for the anthem. If that's the case, then Del Rio is full o' crap. -
...through the National anthem? http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/08/13/marshawn-lynch-sits-during-the-national-anthem/amp/ He claims (through his coach) that he has always sat. I wonder if he was sitting during his years in Buffalo and we never noticed.

1) Sammy was never a "team player" IMO...was always about him (as an individual) contrary to the "team" philosophy McDermott preached 2) His website / Facebook posts were ridiculous...why should I buy a SW14 shirt for a guy that works 16 weeks per year? Crazy 3) Availability....not nearly enough. -
Just remember one thing McDermott said early in the Spring: Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicatewe can not consecratewe can not hallowthis ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before usthat from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotionthat we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vainthat this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedomand that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
