    Why are folks surprised the Pats are making a lot of moves? They have tons of cap money to spend, and some are surprised that they are actually spending it....

    I think they will bring in a FA TE. Smith will be gone and his 2.25 million plus a little will bring the next man in. Jerry could be out too if a good FA is available on a deal. Savings on Jerry is over 7 million so they might be able to get younger at the position.

    I dont get all the cut Mitch talk.... The cap savings is like 4.8 million, for that money a dont see getting an upgrade at center. The radio guys say he is one of the higher rated pass protecting centers, and it looks like the Bills will want to be a passing team.

    The answer to this is different for different teams.... A team in rebuilding mode draft capital is king, a team that is a player away does not need prospects they need their missing link.

    Did Steve talk about the 8 million over the cap the Bills are now. They will need to sign their draft picks, and maybe a couple of their own free agents too. Dont expect the Bills to make any splashy free agent moves. Bean said they wouldnt and I believe him!

    Josh fumbled an Dion recovered it. Maybe they mixed that up. The announcers had a few mixups too, called Matt- Mike, Brandon- Jeff and said the Bills started in good field position when they started at their own 10.

    Funny thing is they would still be on the hook for 2 million that was due this year and would need to stat a new contract. I dont think he would give a home town discount.

    Best players available!!! Draft the best talent, and fill needs with FAs. Hopefully a space eating run stopping DT is best available at some point...

    ST and he is a 6'4" WR 5 wide sets all day!!

    Great signing!!! He has 53 starts and has rated well against the run. Not bad for a guy off the street.

    I stopped wearing a cup when I started playing center. With a cup bringing the ball up would smash the cup into my nuts making me see stars.
