The police report is one sided and makes it seem like Miller snapped for no reason. He’s not Richie Incognito. There’s a side to this story that’s missing.

I think about this a lot. Why not fix it for the Bills today? What I’ve come to learn is that it’s not always obvious who they choose and why. I think there are a few different flavors of fixing. 1. A certain team MUST win. Think tuck rule. 2. They prefer a team to win but if the other team is too good, just let the blowout happen. Not worth the obvious phony calls. I think that was what happened today in the 1st half. 3. Affecting the gambling line. 4. They don’t care who wins, just keep it close and let the game come down to a late drive. This is most of them. Very common in the NBA too (extending series to 7 games).

Bingo. Where are the owners complaining? Nowhere to be found. Cashing their revenue share checks. The only question that keeps me up at night is how karma doesn’t get back to these people?

Here’s the key on Mahomes vs Allen. Next time you watch a Chiefs game watch how all the pieces around Mahomes work in his favor. Things always go his way like a symphony. That’s why the drops during the Eagles game were such a Greek Tragedy in the media. These things tend to go his way. Allen on the other hand plays with the inertia of the universe pushing against him. Everything is overcoming the adversity with Allen. With Mahomes it’s playing conductor in an all world philharmonic. The truth is that Allen plays MLB baseball while swinging two bats. I’d argue he’s a lot better than Mahomes if both are placed in equal situations.

You lost me on Allen. It’s those around him that are the problem.

I think that’s Allen’s final missing piece. He’s too nice with his teammates. Allen needs to be really honest with Davis tonight. Really let it out on him

Today’s game was heroic. If the Philly kicker misses the 59 yarder, Allen is the hipster favorite to win the MVP.

Some people have mentioned it. He’s partially checked out and he’s 30. Another thing, I think Diggs gave it his all last year during an impossible year. He used up most of his remaining tires.

He would’ve shot back up into the MVP conversation with a win. But because the Eagles hit a 59 yard field goal, it’s Hurts who gets the glory. Team game. MVP is a partially team award.

Explains Diggs behavior last year and this year. The absolute most important news is that there was nothing wrong with Allen. No matter what happens the rest of this year or who coaches next year, Allen is back to MVP form.

The Eagles made the huge plays for Hurts. Nobody seems to make the big plays for 17.

Maybe he needs to yell at Davis privately? Let his teammates know how he really feels.

On the bright side, Joe Brady is the real deal. And the old Allen is back.
