If Nix or Gailey wants to fire Wannstedt there are viable candidates to take the position. I will say it again this week. Mangini could save this defense. He is a scheme master. Our main problem IMO with this defense is scheme, mismatches and making adjustments. I would love for the Bills to hire this guy in some position for the defense. At the very least Wannstedt could use some help.

The Gailey Era Is All But Over
BuffaloBillsForever replied to BuffaloBillsForever's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Gailey is also responsible for the coaching. His own failed coaching, David Lee, George Edwards and in hindsight the worse hire of them all Dave Wannstedt. -
He should be fired on the simple fact that he went "all in" on Fitzpatrick.

With 100m+ in free agency and investing in multiple 1st round picks and WE ARE REGRESSING FROM GEORGE EDWARDS! Right now this is perhaps the worst defense the Bills ever had! Wannstedt is looking like dinosaur. His scheme (teams able to run down our throat in nickle) and his inability to make adjustments is a MAJOR PART OF THE PROBLEM.

Hence the expression "as greedy as a pig". -
While his stint in NY ended bad, however he certainly wasn't a horrible HC with a team that performed over their talent level for quite some time .Taking them to the playoffs. Cleveland was really depleted on talent but they still somehow were still able to beat the Patriots just like what he did with the Jets!

Because he knows how to scheme against our entire division or put it another way has had a lot of success against them. While his entire body of work is not great, he has had some great moments in the AFC East. A hurdle which to this day we have not been able to overcome. Perhaps he can help this team in some way?

No opinions on this? Is it that dumb? Honestly, I see benefit in preparation and on gameday. During the week Mangini is basically a consutlant to Wannstedt and during the game he acts as the bridge between Wanny and the players (D co. asst). Also a different perspective - on field vs booth. Mangini I believe would also be a credible, respected person amongst the players as well.

Why is that? Say what you want about him BUT he knows how to scheme against our division. The main thing I saw in the Jets and Pats game is we were totally out schemed. The Patriots, Jets and Dolphins in different head coaching jobs he has had success against them. Even though we have had some success last year, the division killed us. Gailey and his staff have been awful against the division as it has been for almost 13 years now. I think it might be even worse now but I have not looked that up. I see Eric Mangini rotting away on television programs like Sportsnation and I say to myself it wouldn't hurt for Chan and Wannstedt to be able to pick his brain. IMO, Mangini could be an asset to this coaching staff to help us against this division. Mangini doesn't need to call the plays obviously but I think this coaching staff could benefit with helping Wannstedt in preparation throughout the week. Mangini could also be on the sideline communicating with players, while the Stache is in the booth.

Bad call by the refs, even after a review but they haven't been a deciding factor in this game. -
Brian Moorman Has Been Awful
BuffaloBillsForever replied to BuffaloBillsForever's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No way. Moorman has been bad for 3 years going now. Not surprised about cutting him, only the timing of it. I really didn't expect him to make the team prior to the start of the preseason. -

Russell Wilson reminds me so much JP Losman. Everything about his game. This is not a compliment. For how great Seahawks defense has been, their offense has been equally as bad. -
We all know he can't pin punts inside the 10 but gosh you can't even kick for distance anymore. Pulling off 1-2 bad punts per game. It will be interesting what the Bills do if this continues to midway part of the season. He has been a liability on special teams.

Playing Spiller on Madden '13 Just Got Better
BuffaloBillsForever replied to cage's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's things like this that tell me the human race is doomed. Fantasy draft is now available with a update. Not sure about coop, but that would make sense to add that via an update as well. IMO, this is the best Madden to date. -
Big Brother Starts This Thursday

My favorite player was Frank. Danielle, the chef, and Shane as my least favorite. So what is Danielle really like from watching the other feeds? One thing I know is I couldn't stand here mouth/face. Tough to look at. -

I'm happy with how the season ended. Danielle DIDN'T get the $50k or $500k and Frank got household choice for the $25k. I really wouldn't have cared who won between Ian and Dan. Though, in hindsight swearing on your dead grandparents, wife, kids and the bible and using such to manipulate people is kind of lame. I think it really turned off the voters when Ian mentioned about the grandparents necklace Dan used as collateral. They looked disgusted. -
Really bad post bro. How is the past relevant to what their current talent is in the farm system is in 2012? You also excluded the years their new GM took over and invested in more scouts than ANY other team in baseball. Look at any baseball analytics shows the Blue Jays are projected in the the top 3 in young baseball talent. http://www.fangraphs...league-systems/ So YES, the Bisons are inheriting a top farm system.
