  1. The AAA roster playing in the MLB is their top position players, guys like Gose and Hech. I wonder how long d'Arnaud (one of the top catching prospects in baseball) will see in a Bisons uniform? Winning and an exciting atmosphere will help. Hardcore Jays fan are very passionate about following the farm system and love the idea of coming to Buffalo to take in games.
  2. As of this moment, the Jays crop of pitching talent is currently in A and AA. You will be seeing most of them for the first time in AAA in a Bisons uniform. Their farm system is a BIG step up from the Mets.
  3. Yup. The refs didn't play any role in the outcome of that game. There was nothing egregious I have not seen before in a football game. Refs are just being used as scapegoats because coaches and players can.
  4. A recent article on Pioli after sunday..here are some quotes. This guy seems like he has a God complex. No wonder Chiefs fans want to run him out of town. "Babb's criticisms were the harshest: "Pioli is now in his fourth year of trying to justify the hype that earned him accolades in New England, respect within the NFL, and a multi-million-dollar job as a GM. Expectations were unreachable, maybe, but Pioli has done himself no favors by obsessing over trivial details, spending too much time trying to feed his addiction to his own reputation, and engineering a team using the 'discount football' philosophy that has made the Hunt family richer but has gotten the Chiefs only marginally closer to a Super Bowl." "He whines to outsiders that the Chiefs' salary-cap shortcomings are misunderstood? Well, spend more money, as team chairman Clark Hunt has said Pioli is authorized to do. Pioli excuses himself for his biggest mistakes, such as saying he just didn't do his homework before hiring former coach Todd Haley? Well, why not? And he says privately that drafting a quarterback in the early rounds isn't the point; it's about drafting the right one. Well, Scott, then draft the right one. These things are big parts of Pioli's job, but instead of acknowledging that, he chooses to tell himself — and, through back channels, you — that things are just fine. In Scott We Trust? Not anymore." http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/eye-on-football/20211119/gloves-are-off-kansas-city-media-puts-chiefs-gm-scott-pioli-in-crosshairs
  5. This is a match made in heaven. Bisons inherent one of the top 3 farm systems in baseball, Blue Jays get out of the PCL. Blue Jays fans LOVE this move. Bisons will attract some good crowds and have some good teams in the coming years. A player gets called up from AAA and can take a bus to Toronto...lol.
  6. Brad Smith made a spectacular catch at a critical point early in the game. He is a valuable depth player at the very least and can still be an interesting player in the wildcat formation. Brad smith is only making a few million a year. It's peanuts in the grand scheme of things.
  7. I actually like them better so far. These don't have a "God complex" like a lot of the regular refs that think they are bigger than the game itself. They try to impose themselves on the game. They try too hard to think that they matter. At the end of the day and like the replacements refs have proved, they don't in the grand scheme of things.
  8. This is all the same stuff we heard after Sunday's when Ed Hochuli and the boys were running the show. The "normal refs", "replacement refs" has little to no impact on the NFL. Nothing has changed.
  9. The title should be Rodney Harrison is a tool! But seriously, Harrison on Sunday night football and Heath Evans on the NFL network I despise. Heath Evans is BRUTAL!
  10. The worse thing for Kansas City was winning that Packers game last year.
  11. I can't believe Crennel got another shot as a headcoach in this league. This guy is brutal and consistently outcoached. What made me happy and also made me laugh as a BIlls fans is that he punted on 4th down situations in the 3rd and 4th quarter instead of going for it, didn't try any onside kicks when they scored points BUT with one minute left and the Bills have the ball, he used all 3 timeouts. Crennel is an idiot and a sore loser. Now onto Scott Pioli. This guys success was riding the coattails of having the best headcoach and quarterback (a needle in the haystack that late in the draft) not only currently in football but of all-time. Arguabley, the two most important positions in football. Scott Pioli is just ordinary, not some great football mind.
  12. Should be interesting. I believe this is the first time facing him as DC for the browns.
  13. I've had no real issues with the refs. There not perfect but neither are the "offical NFL refs". You win some, lose some. One thing I do know is NFL refs are replacable.
  14. Actually they ran 3 plays before that in wildcat all at different points in the game prior to trying it 21 points ahead. 2 out of 3 sucessfull with 3 different looks out of that formation. The 4th one is on Smith, not on the playcall.
  15. Yeah but Wildcat isn't trickery. Perhaps only 1% of the time. It's just a simple run attack that takes advantage of the numbers game.
  16. Wildcat is just as safe as a playcall as a run and they had success running out of it showing different looks. It was the execution of the play just like it would be if a running back fumbles. Using your same logic, anytime a running back would fumble or loses yards it's a poor playcall.
  17. This is horrible logic.
  18. He has been fantastic. The line as a whole as well including our offensive line coach....props
  19. You don't even know what happened on that play.
  20. 0% of change working period?...lol Nonsensensical statement. You can't be 100% sure of that.
  21. You clearly didn't watch carefully enough. It had NOTHING to do with KC sniffing out the play but rather just poor execution on Brad Smith on either the exchange to CJ or tucking the ball away from CJ so he can run himself. Wildcat is actually a low risk play. Not a bad playcall with the lead we had. Using your same logic, should we never throw a pass from the 20 yard line if Fitz throws an interception?
  22. Does anyone have a youtube clip of Williams when he exploded the line and ran the guy into his own running back for a loss?
