  1. This is insane!!! WOULD YOU PLEASE LET SPILLER FINSH OF THE SERIES!! It's like chan doesnt trust him or something... It's beyond comprehension
  2. Spiller looking great, halftime adjustment? Stop giving him the ball.
  3. Also an added note, Reebok doesn't produce the jersey's the players actually wear. The Bills jersey's that they wear on the field are actually made by a company in Minnesota. Reebok or Nike is basically licensed to produce the jersey's that the fans buy. This is because players have specifically tailored jersey's. Therefore a small company is needed. Nike and Reebok are able to handle the huge demand for fan jersey's that a small company obviously can't. The design of the jersey's is up to the team and the league, not the manufacturer.
  4. I'm sorry but this is completely a false statement. I do watch other games and have seen other "#1" receivers drop balls. Even balls in the end zone. Hell look at Brandon Marshall, he is 2nd in the League with dropped passes, which i know isn't an official state. Look at DeSean Jackson he dropped 3 would be TD's in one game. I don't know what it is with Bills Fans, when they need to bash a receiver or a player with talent. The guy has talent. But according to most fans on this board, there are only 7-8 "#1" receivers in the league. Last I checked there were 32 teams. But yea, lets run him out of town. I forgot #1 receivers have 10 yard long arms that account for balls being over and under thrown. My mistake.
  5. If thats the case, Wanny was making the calls, I would semi agree that the defense was looking better. The offense lost the game today. Couldn't get anything going and continued a streak of 0-25 on 3rd downs versus the Dolphins. The Phins gave the Bills every chance to win this game and the offense just couldn't come through. At all.
  6. I can't believe this season we could possibly end 1-5 in the division. Ridiculous.
  7. Oh back up kickers...
  8. I dont get it, I honestly don't. RUN THE BALL!!
  9. Erik Pears... Killin in with that extension!
  10. Even over here in the UK the defence looks like crap.. On that play
  11. Agreed. Bills fans blowing things way out of proportion. Moving on.
  12. I don't think terrible is even enough to describe it. Before the last 82 yard drive. Snatch-head was completing about 41% of his passes. 41 FREAKING PERCENT. That is god awful!!! And yet George Edwards defense allowed 3 TDs with receivers that were WIDE OPEN. Unbelievable. The man needs to be let go. He is in way way over his head. He blitzes in all the wrong situations and generally doesn't put his players in a position to succed. Why couldn't have just taken that Florida job?
  13. The thing annoys me the most is Pears put us in some far worse situations with his holds and the personal foul. Yet I don't believe I've seen a thread started to discuss that.
  14. Jesus thank you! /thread
  15. I don't even think that was the worst part... How do 3 receivers for the jets get wide open in the end zone. It's embarrassing
  16. Shhh, that's Stevie fault too... Letting 3 receivers wide open in the end zone
  17. Seriously give it up...
  18. Not to take anything away from Miller but he does get the added advantage of playing opposite Dummervil. Which he is a lot to handle. Puts Miller in some very good situations. Makes me wonder how he would have done without an All Star rusher opposite him. Surprised this hasn't been mentioned
  19. I'm thinking the jets offense is going to look terrible tonight..
  20. The problem with that is Buddy and Chan have proven time and again that they would prefer to build through the draft. They don't make big splashes in free agency.
  21. I feel like the Jets offense will struggle again.
  22. Exactly.
  23. 6 rushes for 28 yards. It was 28-7 at that point... Considering the D wasn't playing well, the Bills can't exactly slow the game down and run the clock down. They needed to play catch up... which means quick scores. Hell, when it was a quick 14-0, FredEx had 3 rushes for 9 yards. The run game just wasn't producing enough early and the Bills were down by a lot fast. Of course later in the 2nd half when the Boys' weren't stacking against the run, Fred got his yards and IMO an inflated 8.7 ypc. I didn't like the 3 first plays of the game being passes but when the first play of the game is a sack because of a missed assignment, its hard to go to the run on 2nd and 19. Especially with how easy the Boys' marched down the field I'm sure Chan felt the pressure to pick up that first down and keep the offense on the field. Hence the 2 pass plays after. Who knows, maybe 2nd down was suppose to be a run, but the sack limited it. See what a bad defense can do? It makes your scheme and running the ball very hard.
  24. Don't think I ever said that my statement was "iron clad." The OP stated Stevie wasn't playing like a #1, I countered back with a fact. The fact is that Stevie played better against Darelle Revis, better than ANY other #1 receiver that Revis has seen in 3 years. Does it matter that one play was for 52? Not in the least. He made a great move off the line and he made the effort to get open. It wasn't some fluke play. So unfortunetley in the REAL world we have to include those 52 yards in his stats. Plus the 32 yards on 2 catches equates to 16 yards a catch. Not bad against one of the best corners to ever possibly play the game. Is it Stevie's fault he wasn't targeted more? no. Even #1's have down games. Ex. 1 Vincent Jackson 1 catch 20 yards Thursday. Not to mention, Stevie doesn't have any one opposite him that can take the heat off. Does this all mean that Stevie is a #1? Possibly and thats the argument i'm giving the OP.
