The Jets came off playing the Patriots really well, and weren't that bad against Denver.... we don't generally win on the road against NJ... we have a crap offensive line, and they have a terrifying front seven... it was an easy prediction to make, that the Jets would win an ugly game. If it weren't for the really questionable throws by Geno, it certainly would have been a close/ugly game. Luckily for us, the Jets have a dumpster fire of talent at QB and WR.

Predict the Bills end-of-regular-season record
Dorkington replied to maryland-bills-fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, the Dolphins game will be tough, and in fact, I probably shouldn't include it in the "should win" category. They are playing significantly better than when we saw them earlier this year, so we'll see how it goes. -
So far the articles I've read by "experts" have been that the Jets suck, the Bills suck, because Watkins showboated, and the team hasn't blown out the other guys in every one of their wins, and blah blah. Listen, the Bills won a couple *tough* road games by a close margin. Took care of business against the Dolphins and Jets.... and had a crappy game they pulled out against the Vikings. To me that's not a bad team. It's not a great team. We aren't going to the Superbowl, that's for sure. But we should very well be in the playoff hunt this year, and that's pretty cool.

I love your drunken ass, Kyle Orton....

67.4% , 8 YPA, 9 TDs, 3 INTs, 104 QB Rating If he keeps this up, this will easily be his best season. Hopefully he does keep it up. -
Spikes *is* slow. He's a downfield run stopper... he's basically an extra defensive lineman playing MLB. With the way Brown is playing, and the way Bradham sometimes shows.... I'm actually ok with Kiko getting MLB reps again... but Spikes is better for MLB against certain teams. We have depth (if Spikes comes back) at the position to do different things against different opponents.

Bills at Jets Postgame - Bye Week Information

The thing I further hate about this... We played the Bears and Lions on the road, both tough challenges. Chicago, being their home opener, which is a big deal, and Detroit, being Orton's first game as starting QB. The fact that we won those games at all should speak volumes. The Vikings game, ok, I'll give him that... we made so many mistakes, yet still pulled it out in the end. Frankly, I'm fine with how we got 4 out of 5 of our victories... not every win is going to be a freaking blow out. -
Predict the Bills end-of-regular-season record

5 games that *should* be winnable, so I say we'll win 3 or 4 of those (not every "should" win happens, afterall). 3 games that we "should" lose, so I'll say we lose two or three of those..... So I'm going with 9-7 or 10-6 at this point.... not exactly a brave prediction. -
Rookie mistake, not concerned.

It's factually correct, yes... but the slant is dead negative. At 5-3 these articles shouldn't sound like we're 0-8. But maybe I'm biased. -
I am hating his inability to adjust to the game. That being said, it'd be a mess if we fired him midway through the season and put someone else in there. I say we wait to fire him when the season is done. To further, I don't really care if we run a lot or pass a lot. But I do think we should take advantage of what's given to us. The Jets showed serious weakness in their pass defense (other than the pass rush). And they were keying in on the run all day. I think we should have run a few more play action passes on 1st/2nd down, and would have taken advantage of more of the turnovers.

http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/73038/buffallo-bills-a-mystery-at-midway-mark Jesus, talk about a negative article. Basically, the Bills suck, even though they are 5-3. -

I have to say, thinking back on the game... only two things concerned me: - Nate Hackett's inability to adjust. I don't mind game plans sticking to either the run or the pass, but really we need to adapt to what teams give us. The Jets were giving us the pass, and taking away the run, but we still decided to run the ball basically every first and second down, setting us up for some difficult third down pass plays (where the Jets knew we were passing, and could get a good pass rush). In the future, in such situations, I'd like to see us throw a couple play action passes on first/second downs, to keep them honest. - The run defense left a little bit to be desired today, not necessarily against their RBs, but rather against Vick and Harvin. We did better in the second half containing Vick, but still, we were exploited, and we need to be wary of that when we face the Jets again. Other than that, I was damned pleased with our game. Our DBs did a great job in coverage, both making INTs, and forcing the Jets QBs to hold the ball longer than they wanted. Our running game wasn't super successful, but it did enough to at least give Orton a clean pocket once in a while (though, KO took a few too many passes). Can't complain about 5-3 half way through the season. We have some winnable games in the immediate future, that we need to take advantage of... since we have some very tough games to end the season. GO BILLS! -
We certainly have more talent than we did in the Chan era.... it'd be interesting to see what he'd do with them. The fact that we moved the ball at all with TJ Graham and Donald Jones as our WRs is just ridiculous.

LOL at Boobie and #91 putting the ball back and forth.

How is that not intentional grounding?

A PASSING PLAY LEADS TO SUCCESS WHAT
-
Our 2nd level defensive line is playing damned well today.
-
Wonder if Nate knows anything about play action passes. YAY A TD PASS
-
I want to take our defense out for drinks. I don't care if it'd cost me hundreds of dollars.
-
Because it's very very very possible, the way our offense is playing. Our D needs a break, they'll get gassed soon.

I'd probably shank the !@#$er, I'm that emotional right now. !@#$ing hell.
