Per profootball talk, chief GM to maybe clean house on aging high expensive player. Justin Houston 29, could be up for trade. Would this be a guy we would be intersted in? He had a couple injuries past few seasons to limit production. Maybe one of our 2nds, if chiefs are really wanted to get younger and cheaper on the def side of the ball. Would nice to have him causing havoc on the outside instead of alexander.

5. LB - josey jewel lb out of iowa. Poor mans luke kuechly. High motor never stops. 3 season of 120 tackles, 61 total stops among big 10 LB entering draft. Can cover run/pass. McD can use him in the inside. Him and saquon barkley went toe vs toe in there game earlier this year. Pretty impressive. Might get him in 3rd(hoping). That way we can address DT/CB/C/OL with 1st 4 picks.....as long as they do something in FA for QB

might want to get hit refresh on your updates dude...cousins wont get the tag they traded for alex smith. They are not gunna slap a tag on him hoping another team matches that offer, if i was another owner i would let them eat it and have both qbs on there team...and when they trade him later on in the year to have dead salary cap in future years.

i wouldnt not move up in the draft for a QB, we have 4 picks in the first 2 rounds...those guys will be starters that this team needs. DT, LB, OL, DB. We can get a FA qb this off season in the 3 vikings, cousins, foles...i would be fine with any of those as a stop gap qb. We could draft another qb if they wanted 2 younger guys to compete for that 2nd string.

what about maybe jerrik mckinnon coming in via free agency? Mccoy wont be around for much longer and mckinnon has the skill set just not all 3 downs like mccoy. Any thoughts?
