  1. Indianapolis, Minnesota, Washington, and Detroit in that order, but exact dates and times are still to be decided. I'm excited to get some solid competition in the preseason. It will be nice to see Washington in game three as starters will play a majority of this game. We will be able to see how our changed defense stacks up against the potent option style offense of the Redskins. This game may provide an early indication of what we can expect throughout the season from our D. Indy and Washington will be on the road while we will host Minnesota and Detroit.
  2. I don't know about ANY, but it is definitely our weakest position (tied with QB in my mind). We need a lot of bodies through FA and the draft that can compete for jobs and make this group a much stronger unit. WR is definitely a need, but I would want to add a quality #2 CB to play opposite of Gilmore before adding a WR.
  3. Anthony Spencer will hit the FA market IF he is not slapped with the franchise tag again by the Cowboys. A little background ... http://espn.go.com/n...anthony-spencer He was a HUGE factor this year in the Boys' 3-4 defense. Would he have a place in our multiple front defense? Would you want him on this team? His contract will most likely be rather large, but we do have the cap space. He would instantly become this team's best LB. Being a Purdue fan, this would be even sweeter for me personally, but in any regard he would instantly make our D better, no matter how we used him.
  4. It is stated at the very bottom of this article http://www.buffalone...two-bills-drive I understand wanting to lose every last bit of the losing culture, but coaches I would have wanted back include; Joe D'Alessandris Curtis Modkins Possibly Pete Metzelaars, but I would still have openly interviewed for that position. Anyway, they are ALL gone. Anyone think that is a mistake?
  5. Are you kidding me? Almost every name on that list would be hotly pursued by multiple teams if they were free agents, and would demand a lot more on the open market than their current contracts.
  6. I would be okay taking him in the first as well, but he is consistently ranked around the 10th best quarterback in this class. Not saying rankings determine the draft at all, but also do not believe 10 QBs will go in the first.
  7. Aaron Murray has had a great college career, an awesome season, plays in a conference with the big boys, and completed a couple really nice looking deep balls today that were spot on. I think he's moving up my list and would be ecstatic to get him in the 2nd.
  8. Can't give any more details other than that stipulation was handed down directly from Ralph to Buddy.
  9. Posted this waaaay earlier today in the "Gailey staying?" thread. Source at Bills HQ informed me that Buddy was told to either fire Chan Monday or pack his bags too.
  10. Heard from a source at One Bills Drive that Buddy was told to either fire Chan Monday or pack his stuff up too because they both would be gone.
  11. Recognize failure but keep things the same because change is evil... You must be a republican.
  12. It's so rare not playing at 1PM I guess I just assume that we always do haha
  13. I'll never be able to root for a Bills loss. Even if we enter week 17 at 5-10, I'll watch every single snap and be rooting for a W just as hard as I do every other game.
  14. Oh we definitely need the three wins and it definitely starts there, but if we get the win in the early game make sure you're 'gulp' ... Rooting for Dallas in the 4PM game.
  15. Title says it all. With the Cincy win tonight we will be officially out of it with a Steelers win against Dallas. Root for a Dallas win this week, then Pittsburgh over Cincy, followed by Pittsburgh and Cincy losses in the final week.
  16. I'm surprisingly okay with Nix as GM. I think the talent on this team is 100 times better than when he took over. Even Fitz at QB can work. Gailey needs to go now though. Worst decisions ever.
  17. Sell Kelly's investment group the team and make Tressel head coach.
  18. This is the most frustrating part of this loss (besides being in FG range and not kicking and then having to try to get in FG range with 48 seconds left). How is it even fathomable to give Spiller 7 carries and one target through the air. I would love some stability in the front office and coaching staff but not when decisions like this are being made. Clean house tonight.
  19. Forgot about those commercials!! Always loved 'em!
  20. With all of the injuries to our offensive line it would make since to bring Jasper.... Ahhhhh just screwing around, but somewhat surprised I haven't seen this as a serious post.
  21. Exactly! Stupid to go to TJ a day after talking about how he doesn't play more because he can't be trusted to run routes properly. Have to go to Stevie, CJ, or Chandler in that situation.
