  1. I'm looking for a white Stephon Gilmore jersey but am having trouble finding one. The only way to get it through nflshop.com is to customize a jersey, which costs more money. I stumbled upon www.xxxxxxxxxshop.com, but I'm not convinced the jerseys are real. Is anyone familiar with this site? If this site is selling fake jerseys, can anyone recommend a good site to get a real jersey? nflshop and espnshop just simply do not have a large selection. Thanks for the help!
  2. ...means that he'll decide not to grow the beard. He played so much better without it. The extra weight pulling down on the face must lead to inaccurate throws.
  3. I was confused that while the official gave the wrong rules, the announcers did too. It's not technically sudden death anymore. I was under the impression that if the team that receives first in OT scores only a field goal, then the other team gets one chance with the ball to match that, or score a TD and win. If the second team also scores a FG then the game becomes sudden death, or if the second team fails to score at all, then the game is over. Is this correct? If so, I'm surprised that this was not mentioned at all.
  4. Just finished watching the Broncos/Chargers OT. I really enjoy watching football with so little interruption from commercials. I think there may have only been one commercial break the entire time, and they played the entire 15:00 minutes. Even at the two-minute warning the telecast did not cut away to a commercial, the announcers simply made a reference to some of the networks' shows. Wish we could watch football like this all the time. It would also make for quicker games and more productive Sunday afternoons on my part. Damn corporate America!!
  5. So, I currently live in Colorado and have turned my fiance into a legitimate Bills fan. After hearing some horrible play-by-play and color analysts, both on tv and the radio, I tried to explain my appreciation for Van Miller, as well as the play-by-play calls of John Murphy. I really enjoy(ed) both, and they definitely made local blackouts easier to stand when I could just turn on the radio and hear one of them, or both of them, call the game. My question is this. Does anyone have links to sound clips online? I really want to help her appreciate everything Bills! haha I searched online and on youtube but could not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Wish I could still listen to these guys today instead of the horrible CBS and Fox announcers. Thanks in advance!
  6. The host (cannot recall his name right now) actually picked us by 3. The "Predictor" actually gave us the one point edge. If you have not seen this yet, they use a computer program, select different variables, and the program spits out a prediction. He selected four variables for us, including turnovers, opp redzone percentage, yards per carry, and one other. It is also possible to change the importance of each variable. He set turnovers, and I believe yards per carry, as hi importance. So there you go. Based on that we are 1 point favorites.
  7. Not giving up on this week, but week 3 will show us who we really are
  8. 0 sacks today...that's what really hurts
  9. This is one of those games where the last to hold the ball wins...with 3:41 to go, I like our chances!
  10. Yes! Bills' lead plus fantasy points!
  11. News flash! Our offense is good!
  12. Did I mention something about halftime adjustments? I believe I did!!
  13. If you remember last year the coaching staff was always fantastic at making half time adjustments. Let's look for more of that!
  14. Mike and Mike were talking about this, this morning on ESPN radio. I do not know how the new rating system ranks QBs, or what it takes into account, but in week one Fitzpatrick was the highest rated QB using this new system!!! They also mentioned that out of the lowest 8 rated QBs, only one got the win, and that was Mark Sanchez. They attributed that to the fact that he was never on the field when his team made the plays most crucial to winning the game.
  15. Just wanted to share that I heard Kirk Morrison on the Brian Kenny Show last night on ESPN Radio. They didn't talk about a lot. He was asked to reflect on the Tony Gonzalez tweet and the Lance Briggs contract situation. As far as pertaining to the Bills he said he had other options and decided to come to Buffalo because he loved the small market feel and that "lights out" recruiting from Merriman really influenced his decision. Also, he stated that what he loves most about the team is that he can walk into the locker room and no one has an ego. Everyone has a role and knows their part and that they all get along like a family. Also, after listening to him talk he can actually form sentences and sounds intelligent. Maybe that doesn't matter much, but I always hate interviews when the person can't even pronounce words and string thoughts together. Anyway, he sounds like a standup guy, and I'll be looking forward to watching him this year.
  16. Cowherd is one of my favorite radio personalities to listen to. I've come to discover most people do not like him because he's too honest with his opinions and says what is really on his mind instead of kissing up to this or that or whatever all other national media is loving on any given day.
  17. If Bowers is there at 34 would you take him? I say yes.
  18. Oh yea, I completely forgot about Taylor. That would be interesting. Also, I believe Chan would be able to utilize a mobile QB really well.
  19. If we pass on any remaining highly talked about QBs that may still be there in the 2nd round (Mallet, Dalton, etc.), is there a QB you would take in the 3rd round or later? None come to mind for me.
  20. Guess we dodged two bullets then not taking Newton or Gabbert...things are actually working out for us. The fact we would have taken Gabbert 3rd concerns me a little though.
  21. Curious to know how Skins fans feel about the trade.
  22. Anyone know details of the Jax and Washington trade?
  23. So a couple of days ago there was a rumor about us swapping #3 for the Pats' #17 and #28. If we could do this and grab Ryan Kerrigan at 17 and then either Dalton/Kapernick at #28 I would be a really happy Bills fan! Is this likely, no. But, I might as well dream for another 90 minutes.
