  1. Yeah, $8.5 million isn't what Moulds is worth, and yeah, Moulds will be offered a pay cut, and yeah, he'll be pouty, but he knows that we're not too far off from great.
  2. Who just lost on Monday Night? Revised Power Rankings 1. Steelers 2. Bills 3. Miami 4. Patriots
  3. Yes...I think RECTIFY is exactly the word you mean there! LOL
  4. Would a Bills playoff berth de-omelet you? GO BILLS!
  5. Anyone know who at AmericanEagle I contact? I have taken it upon myself to do some error-checking ...
  6. Call one of these people: Gretchen Geitter - Director Community Relations Michelle Roberts - Senior Manager, Community Relations
  7. Oh, Crepes! What do I do with this opened bottle of Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé? Wait...I have a plan... [Gulp] Brilliant! Now what do I do with this Sandy Orbitz I just booked on Eggo?
  8. Agree on Fletcher. Value to one's team is defined by Fletcher--5 straight 100 tackle seasons, I believe. Is Moorman a case of too many voters looking at pure stats instead of their overall contribution to the team? Moorman wins the latter hands-down.
  9. I would say that Moulds is there on reputation and not performance; he isn't a 1000 yarder, is 23rd in the NFL in yards, and he isn't in the TOP FOUR receivers on our team in terms of average yards per catch (Kevin Thomas, Lee Evans, Sam Aiken, Ryan Neufeld). I admit he has had many a ball thrown behind him lately, but his stats in the latest run are abysmal (CIN-47 yds., CLE-38 yds., MIA-68 yds., SEA-93, STL-17).
  10. Ah...I can smell the potassium permanganate, iron filings, and charred train set to this day...
  11. I think half the fun is the speculation, don't you? Especially since WE DON'T PLAY FOOTBALL...?
  12. San Fran is better than Cinn or Cleve in yards per play defense. I don't think we have a healthy RB on the team that can get it done solely on the ground--although Williams, IMHO, has it all over Burns in terms of pure will.
  13. Minnesota has the highest yards per play in the NFC, and, of the teams that will be going to the playoffs, has the highest time of possession.
  14. Bring 'Em On. We have the AFC's best defense in yards per play Source and the Colts will have the AFC's worst yards per play defense. Buffalo has the AFC's best defense in terms of pass completions against Source and the Colts will have the worst defense against the pass.
  15. The Colts picked the wrong year for their run. The AFC has too many strong teams vs. the pass--Pittsburgh, the Jets, and Buffalo, a team with fewer passing yards allowed than any team going to The Dance. Edgerrin James would have to work his rushing magic against the likes of Pittsburgh (allowing 80.9 ypg), San Diego (allowing 80.9 ypg), and Buffalo (allowing 96.4 ypg). Add to that the spectre of having to go up against one of these AFC teams in yardage allowed per play: Buffalo (#1 in the AFC at 4.4 ypp), Baltimore (4.6), Pittsburgh (4.7), and the Jets (4.8).
  16. Same here. We actually had Jason Peters in our TSW draft board as a 7th rounder. Glad it's coming off as a good pick.
  17. I think Joe Burns is our most overrated player. Afraid we're stuck with Shaud and no run game Sunday. The 49'ers Kevin Barlow is 30th in the league in rush yardage, and may rack up more yards than we will.
  18. I was wondering why Peters wasn't the #3 TE and in there on goal to go situations. Trafford is substantially smaller, and the 2 TE set of Neufeld and Trafford looked abysmal down there on 1st and 2nd down.
  19. I've added Syracuse's Adam Terry to the list. Thanks. I'd agree that our O-Line will be bolstered through FA, but still would like to see a draft pick devoted to O-Line. There is a lot of good Centers in our pick range playing in bowl games (I'm using the singular "is" in agreement with the word "lot"). I thought I'd receive some critiques about the bowl winners I highlighted in yellow. Especially Wisconsin's upsetting Gerogia.
  20. What Future Draftees To Watch When This is my annual Bowl Game chart, showing which players the Bills staff (and TSW Fans) should be watching beginning in four days. The number after each player is how they were rated at their position. I also added a team needs section, which I've been amassing from TSW posts. Happy Bowl Watching! Astrobot TSW Draft Droid
  21. Just remember the math: 22 goes into 42 a hell of a lot more than 42 goes into 22.
  22. Love these suggestions. I will keep a D-Base of them and try to post a schedule before Bowl Season really gets underway.
  23. Howard Kindig. Still researching whether he's a relative. My name's Howard...
  24. I don't have any record of this. Would like to know.
