In some respects maybe but there aren't as many NFL concepts or coaching in the college game . I think this league can & will continue to coach up players that have really good potential to be good NFL players . There are always guys like Diggs, Nakua, & others that show up in the NFL i often wonder how many of those guys after not being picked up by the NFL go back to a oil rigs or a truck driver & never get a second look or chance to be better & i think this could give them that chance .

But - But - But - It's all that dam McD's fault he's just a terrible HC just ask some here they will tell us !!!

Gabe is & always has been the Bills type of player the under dog if you would I think that is why he is so loved as a Bills player . I hate that he wasn't more consistent we all know he works his tail off to try to be the best he can be & i'm not sure why his production tailed off but i will route for him when ever he isn't playing the Bills . I wouldn't mind him staying but in the NFL it's all about the money loyalty to 1 team Died when Kyle Williams left the team the only loyalty it to the all mighty dollar & in some cases i guess we can't blame them, we all want to be comfortable when it is our time to retire just some have a lazy boy & others have a Big Lots recliner . You know that was 2 years ago and that defensive coach Frazier that was calling the plays is gone ! You think maybe that could have been a huge reason why ? I'm thinking so !! AJ Klien did all he could seeing that All most their entire LBing corp was injured REALLY ??? 🙄 When your down to the 4th & 5th players that are the only ones left it's like bringing a knife to a gun fight . With this analogy then every HC that lost to Mahomes in th last 5 years needs to be fired right ??

I believe that in order to win the SB there are more than just the coaching & players that have to be right in order to win and you need the majority of your team especially your core players or big time money players to be healthy & that if those pro bowl players are not on the field you chances are much less . I IMHO believe that McD will get the Bills to the SB not sure when but i believe it . How long did it take Reid to go to his first ? How long did it take him to win his first as a HC ?? McD in HC ing years is still very young & more than likely learning from his mistakes which in some part has held him from the ultimate goal which is why i think some of the coaches that have been here no longer are because he saw what needed to be changed & did it . The past 2 years no matter what any FAN thinks injuries played a huge roll in the out come of the season . Even this year when they finally got those that filled the rolls of the Pro Bowlers that went to IR playing up to speed they got hurt in the play offs . And no matter what McD can't make those players catch balls, make kicks, hold on to the ball, or keep them from committing a penalty none of that can be put on McD in any way shape or form . If you want some one to be fired complain about Diggs, Sheffield, Bass, Cook, & who ever else screwed up because those plays not made would have turned the out come of those games more than anything McD supposedly did or didn't do !! Was McD calling the D for the 13 seconds game ?? That is more than likely why Frazier is no longer here . A good HC makes the changes needed to be better . And He did .

Yes it surely does 5 play off appearances , 1 AFC Championship appearance , 4 AFC East Championships !!! And some of those appearances in the play offs and 1 AFC East Championship was with a skeleton crew running the 4th & 5th LBers and their biggest pass rusher coming off a ACL injury . Let me ask you this - IF Millano, Tre, Von, Jones, Spector, & some others that were out for shorter periods of time last season would have stayed healthy for the entire year do you think that would have made a difference ? Then seeing as the number 1 seed in the entire NFL couldn't beat Mahomes do you really think it is a HC ing problem still or is it a Mahomes problem ?

And what have we learned to this point ? Go ask BT he'll tell you or at the very least post a picture .

Does coaching have anything to do with where the offense & defense ranks each year ? Seeing as the only 2 teams that have made it to the play offs each of the last 5 years those being the Chiefs & the Bills i would say that it may have just a little to do with those coaching & choosing the players . But maybe that's just me . I would rather be like todays Bills than the old Bills always changing HC's & never sniffing the play offs but hey if you want to be the other guy have at it . So how many Super Bowl appearances did it take before you wanted to fire Marv ?? I'm a life long Bills fan have been here through it all & i'm not going anywhere . That being said I would much rather have a HC that gets us to the play offs every year than have one that doesn't because the only way you have a chance to win it is if you get in the play offs ... GO BILLS !!!

This seems to be a theme with Baker . He goes to the Browns has a really good year then gets hurt & plays any way but can't play well so they get rid of him then after a year with the Panthers and doesn't do very well but in Tampa takes them to the play offs & gets his money & a thank you for participating .

The only thing i can think of is that they gave him a signing bonus and that pushed it to this season, I heard the guys on 1 Bills live that because he met his incentive of getting to double digit sacks he made more money so maybe with that it pushed it to this coming season . But to be truthful i don't have a clue ...

And this deal with invading Ukraine (which i'm not sure if i have ever heard the actual reason) other than he wanted to take over their country for access to the oceans & get Russia back to what it use to be as far as land mass . I truly don't know but there are 2 invasions & his decisions to do so killing 1000's of people . And if i misunderstand any of what i have put down please explain I'm alway open to learning more about these type things .

I don't think he was meaning trend NATO i believe he just no longer thought that the US should not only put more money into NATo than most every other country but also not have the US be the earths Sheriff . If anyone paid attention in the past the US was always the first one into any conflict that happened anywhere on the globe & the amount of money to sustain those kind of actions probably tripled any of the other countries & also in some ways made the US be the bully in the room & caused a lot of hatred from other countries . I don't mind the US helping out but i don't want the US to be the sole investor either & when Trump said they all need to pitch in more i totally agree'd with that thought . Let some other countries foot the bill or at least put in as much as other countries they may have to do some math as far as things like the countries over all income to decide how much would be a equal share but the US doesn't nee to be the Sheriff . it seems like every single conflict in the world the US either jumps in or is thrown in by right in the middle of it by NATO and others .
