Marrone being hired as the Jags next HC is looking for redemption. He is hiring mostly the same coaches that he had in place while he was in B/lo, i think before it is over he will have basically that same staff . I believe he will do a decent job with the Jags & if he has a winning season will break out the Toby Keith mantra from a few years ago (How Do You Like Me Now) & point it directly at the Bills organization & it's fans. I'm not sure why he bolted the way he did here but something must have made him think prior to his hire as the Bills HC that he could (& did) need that get out of jail pass that he put in his contract . I wonder if he has the same clause in this contract ? This will be the job that cements his legacy in the NFL, if he does the same in a couple of years & QUITS like he did here he will probably never get another HC job unless he wins every year that he is there because winning is the cure to all ills in the NFL . But if he is mediocre as i hope he is the Bills will be able to say, See he is that guy, but if he is a winner there with mostly the same staff then the Bills as usual will look like the Bills once again ...

I hope we take the top safety prospect ! Or the WR from Clemson !! Arron Williams is talking about coming back which for the kind of player & person he is i would love to see it but the Bills can't afford another season with him taking a hit in the second game & our starter being on the bench or IR for the rest of the season !! R.Woods will probably get a lot more $ than the Bills are willing to offer so we will need another #2 WR which this kid projects as a #1 so that would have to #1 WR's & both would be from Clemson ... Time to move on from A. Williams even though i wish he could stay healthy !!!

Please don't let them hire this guy mediocre is his history, & the Bills have had enough of that !! Onward & upward !!

Ask any other child of a star or any other relation to a huge star that chooses the same career path how hard it is to follow a icon, that is a huge amount of pressure just being there not even counting when they finally do make it to the field ...

PLEEEEEASE NOT OLSON !!!! We've had enough second rate coaches !! Especially with guys like Musgrave, Childress,& others out there, these are 2 guys that have proven that they can win in the NFL Olson has only had 1 count them ONE season in the top ten. I think i might almost rather have C Kelly than Olson at least we know when Kelly had Shady he had a great offense !!

It is definitely a coach to take your time about !! Taking a chance on the wrong one could be devastating as we all know !! This Olson cat i hope they look around him simply because of his history I would rather have a proven coach as OC . The guy from the Raiders (Musgrave) is my choice but if not him then i would wait & ask to talk to Childress . What he has done in KC added to his record in Minn. which is a winning record is worth the wait when you are a Bills fan !!!

Well L.A. finally has what they want 2 NFL teams in a city that could never support them before & this will be the 3rd such experiment ??? I hope it fails miserably ... I for one hope they follow the history that has already been laid down . L.A. want s to be all that & a bag of chips but they ain't !! I for one am so glad the Pegula's bought the Bills this could be our fan base being all pissed of as the San Diego fans are & should be !! But as we know in the NFL its all about the money !!! My viewer ship has went down this year compared to others & the biggest reasons are because of what the league has become . It is mostly a bunch of spoiled athletes that have forgotten where they came from in actions & another bunch of rich/greedy owners that could give a S**T less about the fans ! As long as they make more money thats all that matters !! Screw it that the fans have went out of there way to make Spanos & others very rich & that the city has went above & beyond trying to do whats right to keep the team . But when push comes to shove the owners will take their toys & go some where else to play with them it sucks for the fans !! Maybe this is just a master plan for expansion in the NFL ...

I hope they bring in the guy from Oakland, his name is Musgrave he has done a great job with Carr in just 2 years . We need some one like him to work on Tyrod . He may be able to turn him into a great QB !!

I agree !! We need to have Lynn as HC , bring in the Raiders OC Musgrave he is leaving because his contract is up & he's not going to resign with them . Then have Whaley break the bank on getting Watson & the Bills can be the next big thing !! Whaley needs to show his brass & make it happen !!

The Bills have had a long history with the Raiders, we beat them quite a bit back in the day . I hope that Mr. Whaley is watching the sports wire today because a Raider came available & he should get on inviting him to town for dinner ! The Raiders OC that has taken Derrick Carr in 2 years & made him & their offense number one in a lot of ways . He was up for & still could be MVP this year . If Carr wouldn't have gotten hurt there was talk of them being a SB contender, but with out him it was short lived . The man responsible name is Musgrave, he is the one behind all that offense & the Raiders are letting him walk because his contract is up & Delrio is all right with it ???? Okay Kelly was the great one for us but since he left Tyrod has been the best thing since (almost) Tyron is better than 95% of the QB's we have had since Kelly & we have had the 2 best running offenses the last 2 years, so i think Tyrod if for nothing else should be the bridge QB until they can find that "franchise QB" ! If not then we go back to a EJ type QB until we find that guy .. I'm all in on keeping T.T. if that be the case ...

We need to keep Tyrod . From anything I've read his contract is pretty good .

He's been the best thing we have seen at QB in a long time, they give big contracts to Fitz & pick Eli in the first round but won't pony up for Tyrod until ... ??

Never heard of the guy until now . Arians did most or all of the play calling in the game so is that a red flag ? Rex was the master mind of the D & called the plays but Thurmon was the D coordinator . How did that work ??

I think the Bills have burned that bridge ! Unfortunately !! I thought that it would be a no brainer the first time around when our D was top 5 but that made way to much sense ...

I see it as Brandon a guy that should NOT be involved in anything to do with who ever is on the field weather it be a coach or player schmoozing the Pegula's by telling Rex how to go about getting the edge in conversations prior to the hiring . I believe Brandon has done that with the last 2 coaching hires, pulled his weight & got the guy he wanted the first go round with Marrone then coached Rex on how to get in good with the Pegs ! I think this is Whaley saying if I'm the guy & I'm going to go down with the ship then let me hire my guy then it will be all on me no one else !! As it should be ! Let me add this why in the world are they not at least trying to talk to Kyle Shannahan ? One of if not the hottest offense in the league which is his O & the Bills totally overlook him ???

UMMM ????? NOT !! EJ is the same guy he was in college , he never should have sniffed the first round !! When our 3rd string QB that was inactive all year turns in a better day than a 4 yr player that screams SEE YA EJ !! Great guy !!! Bad NFL QB !!

One thing is if Lynn has been paying attention to what's been going on around him for the last few years he should know what doesn't work ! I'm up in the air about the next HC but I would like to see Kyle Shanahan given the chance to have a HC ing job if he could do what he's done in ATL here that could be huge . Plus he is a football brat if you would thats all he's known his entire life, which is the same pretty much with Lynn . A tough decision one way or the other Whaley is either going to be the best GM or a piece of S**T GM there will be no in between on the decision he makes !!

Okay i know every one here is pissed because we aren't going to the play offs AGAIN & every one is calling for Rex to be fired but is it really his fault ? Was he the one that shanked 2 field goals ? Was Rex the one that didn't drag his second foot on what could have been a Clay TD ? Was Rex the one that didn't wrap up on the Gilmore tried tackle (if that's what you call it) when Gilmore hit him (didn't wrap up) & let him run for another 20 yds on a 3rd & long to make a 1st down ? Was it's Rex fault when Sammy ran straight out of bounds on a catch on a 3rd down then leave less than a yd from the first down marker ? Was it Rex fault that Ajayi ran through most tackles or the D over pursued to allow more yards than needed to keep the drive going ? NO !! Rex couldn't control any of those things that happen on the field ! Plus if you watched Dareus play the last couple weeks he's not playing lights out like he was before his big pay day . The guys on this team should all take a long hard look at tape of Kyle Williams & learn how to be a Buffalo Bill he leaves it all on the field & just like last year when Kyle was hurt & there were no leaders on the field this D will really be hurting . If he decides to retire this D is screwed for leadership ! Sure Rex has his controversial things that he's done but he's not the Prima donna CB that misses crucial plays , he's not the guy missing tackles, but he's the guy in the end that will take all the crap for it !! I think Rex needs to bench a couple of his so called defensive stars & let the guys like Zo & others show the rest of them how it's done. There were a ton of plays left on the field that Rex scheme had put the guys in the right place but when they can't remember how to tackle or (in Gilmores case) think your so bad that you can just knock a guy down with out even trying to use your arms to wrap them up then something in the player needs to be brought to the fore front . Call these guy s out before the season is over not after. Oh but that might hurt their feelings ... Oh & I'm thinking more players than Coach !!
