Every time to this point that the Bills have played the Lions the Bills O line have done pretty well against Suh (although i don't know how while Marone was HC) !! But with the new O line coach , the addition of Richie to the fold & who ever else they pick up in FA for the O line i don't see Suh having a huge impact against us because he never really did . He will make his plays as all great athletes do in the NFL but it's like when Bruce use to go against Boselli , Boselli just had Bruce Smiths number . I never saw a game where those 2 went against each other where Bruce got the better of Tony & i think the Bills will continue to do the same against Suh no matter where he is !! Go Bills !!

This year but what about the Dareus & Gilmore contracts next year ? Dareus will be looking for comparable money to what Suh will get this year !! Not even putting Gilmores price tag in there ! WHOOPS forgot about that ...

I'm right there with you bro ! I hope McCoy says NO & backs out that could be the best for the Bills . He's really good but if he only gives half the effort so he can be traded what's the sense ? We need players that want to be here . Plus with the CJ thing what does that tell Dareus & Gilmore as far as Whaley saying he want s to keep his good players ??? Sure didn't seem like that from where i'm standing !!

Things could quite possibly fall apart if McCoy decides to be a baby & not give 100% while being a Bill so he can be traded to a team he wants to go to . I can see this thing falling apart & making the Bills look stupid once more & it wouldn't take much . Everything that has happened has went totally against what Whaley has said in the recent past ! We want to build through the draft , we want to keep our own good players , & this has screwed up the cap if you think of future contracts for Hughes , & next year Dareus, & Gilmore , they will be looking for their big money especially after Suh gets his contract this year that will be the same kind of money Dareus will be looking for next year & where will that come from ? I hope it works but i could see it dooming the Bills future that looked so bright just a few weeks ago !! The domino effect from this one trade could be disastrous !!

I don't see the Bills going for a RB at that spot , a lot will depend upon what happens with Hughes . There are a lot of good pass rushers in this years draft so he could be spending the money to get McCoy & letting Hughes walk . But if he does let Hughes walk , Trades Kiko while at the same time letting CJ go because of getting McCoy he could have a mutiny on his hands unless of course the Bills go deep into the play offs then he will be held in the same light as Polian ...

As far as a veteran back up that would be highly motivated in a competition for the starting job & would be a very cap worthy addition Matt Moore is my choice !

I was reading some where yesterday that Bill Polian thinks very highly of this guy & i also believe that he would be the most motivated & the Bills best all around option for the Bills !! There aren't a lot of QB's out there that have experience enough to be what we need them to . There is a bunch of unproven products that i think could be a lot better than EJ . One is AJ McCarron , another is Taj Boyd , both were winners as college QB's & McCarron on the biggest of stages & in a pro offense under Saban . I for one can't see why more time hasn't been invested in these 2 particular players it is a waste to have them sitting the bench !! But i hope the Bills see that one or 2 of these 3 players are worth a shot !!

Even the Bills old FO personal aren't that stupid ! After 14 games ? Maybe if a Bills fan (which that thought comes from) would be that foolish but not a for real football exec. Why would you cut a guy like him that you have a very reasonable contract on don't you think at the very least they would try to trade him as to get something for him ? I would think that would be a more likely way this could go down , buy instill don't see that happening ... It would have more substance to it if it was someone in the media , but not from a fan !! Cj is going to be a FA in just a few days & every one on most Bills sites have been saying that they think CJ is all but gone . I for one think he is as good as a Jamal Charles , IF USED CORRECTLY !! So do any other Bills fans think it would be good to use either the Franchise or Transition tag on him this year ? If they were to use the transition tag at lest the Bills would be able to have a chance to match the offer of the team that is negotiating with him correct ? I think Greg Roman will know how to use him because having a truly reputable O line coach like we had when Joe D. was the O line coach & Spiller had his best year . Marrone the " Oline Guru" that he was & the guy he brought in did nothing for the team in 2 years of trying . The O line play regressed A LOT !! I think if we can keep CJ we should , but do you think the projected tag prices are to much to pay for CJ if he can have the production he had under the new coaching staff as he had in 2012 ? I think this could be a distraction in so many ways for the team ! If it was just about his ability as a football player in the NFL it would be different but we all know how the media has an agenda when ever some one of a alternate life style is involved with sports ... I think it would be a good move but i don't see it happening , but what do i know i'm a Bills fan !!

2015 will be the first full year of the Bills Second owner & that new owner Mr. Pegula has given our new HC Rex Ryan his second chance at leading a NFL team to a championship in the NFL . Our new HC & GM must believe in second chances also because they have given another player that has been out of the NFL for a year a second chance , even though it is truly more like his last chance . Do you all think with CJ quite possibly looking for his second contract & it possibly being with his second team of his career rather than coming back to the Bills because of his chance of reuniting with Gailey in NY which will be his second go around with him . Do you think that there is any possibility that the Bills could give AP a second chance with his second team during his NFL career again IF CJ leaves & IF AP decides to leave the Vikings ? I know i have seen this content discussed & this is the second time i have tried to get this posted because i have had trouble with getting around on this site so please excuse me !! But i think with all of the waves that the Bills have been making recently this isn't something that is that far fetched for the combination of Whaley & Ryan to pull off especially seeing as Roman would be salivating at having a weapon like AP in his back field . Plus that would be a huge help for EJ & it would free up the WR's & cause havoc for opposing DC's when they go to game plan against the Bills ...

The also need a better play by play guy than Murph ! His signature is to say what ever result of a big play 3 times … Every time !! At least the team is on a upswing maybe if the team gets better they can bring in some better guys to talk about the team & do play by play !!

If Jerrah has his way all of the teams will be greed mongers & charge outrageous prices as he does . I would like to see the Bills in a new stadium but not at the price of alienating the bills fan base with PSL's (which are a rip off) or crazy increases because the "NFL" wants all teams to be in debt over there wildest dreams . If Pegula is as smart a business man as we think he will keep the Bills at the Ralph & do some amazing refurbishing to the building & save himself & the team a bunch of money that can be put towards the team as to not strap the state , county & most important any of the fans with outrageous ticket prices ! If Lambeau field is still going strong as one of the oldest stadiums in the league there is no reason the Ralph can't live on & still be a great venue to see our Bills in for years to come !!!

Only very few Bills HC's have earned a second chance at being a HC in the NFL & Marrone wasn't one of them by what he did with his time here !! Maybe if he wouldn't have been a gold digger & continued the climb upwards with this team (if he could have) maybe he would have warranted another shot some where else but not with a 15 - 17 record !! During most of that time there has been one owner & one mind set as we all know & while Ralph was the owner most of the fans said he was cheap , i don't know if that was Ralph or one of his people he put in place …... During the time i have been a fan very few really good players have stayed around past there rookie contracts or past there first contract . Players like Bryce Paup , & others that come via FA only hang around for one short contract & i just read a article that may have finally cleared all of that up . I don't know if that was a mind set put forth by Ralph or if that is the way this guy works . Bring him in we have & could do a whole lot worse ! Besides that will bring another high profile player to the Bills . If he does come back to the player he was we could have a good player for a while .

The way Parcells beat the Bills in Super Bowl 25 . If you play a ball control offense & your plays calls & execution is sound along with strong defensive play you can stop even the highest powered offense , we as Bills fans know that first hand !! But as they said it only takes one or two plays to beat a good team like the Hawks !!

Maybe B/lo can do what they did with Peters & George WIlson & change him to a LB or a CB then it would fit ... What happened to Tyler Bray from Tenn. i thought he was in KC at one point ??

He has some ??? If the O line gets better & he has the time he has a strong arm . Another FA is Taj Boyd he was a great leader at Clemson & had a good arm & was athletic … Not to mention working with Sammy I would bring in as many QB's as they did HC's for a interview !! M. Moore , Glennon , Taj B. , Rex Grossman --- well may be not Rex .

I have always liked what i saw of Moore both in Carolina & in Miami , he seems to be a good manager of the game doesn't have a huge arm but could be another option with Moore veteran experience . Don't remember how mobile he was ?? Another player i think that is mobile , a bit younger too that it wouldn't hurt to bring in for competition would be Taj Boyd since he was released . I aways liked his leadership in dyer situations while at Clemson , I've seen QB's with worse arms & accuracy , then to add his familiarity with Sammy & he can run it if need be . So i think we have some pretty good option out there that won't necessarily brake the bank & could put us in a good or better situation at the QB position . And if all else fails we can start another Teabow post ...
