  1. Get ready for the D to give up gobs of yards on the ground and the O to sputter again. Bills will let them hang around and it will be a white knuckle, last play decides the game affair. I don't place to watch that movie again.
  2. Butch Byrd Robert James Antoine Winfield Booker Edgerson Mario Clark We've had some great CBs.
  3. Last year we had Tre. This year if Jackson or Benford go down we got Josh Norman. This is a solid pick up and if Tre does come back, a potentially great CB tandem.
  4. It's for when we get to the 1 yard line and not get stuffed for once.
  5. Not on the D. Offense should have closed out the game and not punt it back. Great teams and QBs wouldn't have given the ball back. Our offense cannot close games out, give the ball back for white knuckle time repeatedly.
  6. Dorsey needs to stop running from the shotgun on the damn goaline and get this team to make crucial 1st downs to close out a game. Two runs up the middle and a failed third and long is not getting it done, but that's his damn MO.
  7. This. This team and coaching staff has repeatedly let teams back into games and turned a comfortable win into a white knuckler. Say what you want but if Brady and the Pats had a lead and the ball with 5:00 left in the game, it was over. We do not hand have never had that killer instinct.
  8. In the waning seconds of the game, we had Mayfield for a sack only to find McD called a time out. Instead of a few seconds left, the clock was reset to 16 seconds. He's had several TOs that cost us in the past as well.
  9. Umm, and gave the ball back soon after with enough time on the clock so they could have one more crack at a score. Close it out like the big boys do.
  10. I'll be on Dorsey until he actually can close a game out and get a first down in crunch time. 3:00 left in the game, close it out. We can't do it.
  11. This team is incapable of closing a game out. Can't make that vital 1st down or can't get off the field. Bonehead penalties on 4th down stops. We go ultra conservative and make what should be a solid win into a white knuckler. We do this over and over. Great teams finish. We cannot.
  12. Which brings us to the Dorsey question again. So what if they had a good D plan? If the rush is overloaded something has to be open and it's up to the OC to scheme it -- say maybe a shotgun draw or two. 😡
  13. By no means an expert, but Josh seems to have lost his pluck. He's not the ####-sure QB he was. He looks tentative and unsure on many snaps. Like to see him swagger again.
  14. Slow deterioration. One of the worst 3rd down Defenses in the league. Down our two starting DTs, all-pro LB and CB, this D keeps nobody up at night. Blitz after blitz was a fail and gobs of yardage given up at key moments. We made Mac look like Burrow. Hope Oliver can play Thursday.
  15. Well the DC didn't shine Sunday either. Giving up good of yardage regularly and seeming cannot stop anything that turns the corner.
  16. 4-3. Back to a drought era good but not good enough team.
  17. The team is broken. McD and Dorsey have lost them. We missed the window. 13 seconds was our year and the coaches lost it, and are not good enough to bring it back. I was sure Josh would bring us a championship but that looks years away now. Many teams are flat-out better than we are. Maybe a new OC, HC or a new GM will value on OLine in the future, and value real receivers past Diggs. Next year no Poyer or Hyde. Diggs past 30, Dawkins is on the decline and Morse is finished. Still no elite weapons past Diggs. Secondary is a mess and can't stop FN Mac Jones. Beane's volume vs value mindset has failed. I believe it may be time to move on while Josh is in his prime.
  18. Mac Jones, 25 of 30. Defense was awful only surpassed by a clueless offense thar relies only on Super Josh.
  19. 14 pts versus a 1-5 team doesn't suggest successful counters. I see a offense that is structured for continual 3rd and longs.
