  1. Beasley's stat line should be something like...40+ catches and 500+ yards with 4 TDs?
  2. I can't imagine there is any sort of market for him. He is going nowhere.
  3. Records in the last 5 years: Bills: 45-51 Oakland: 36-60 Cinci: 52-44 Detroit: 49-47 Cleveland: 22-74
  4. Are you assuming they are not multi-tasking with agents? I would just tap the breaks on hate of a flyer on a RB. Seriously, who cares?
  5. Exactly, not a priority FA by any means, but zero guarantees he's on the team in Sept.
  6. If only we just drafted him and didn't move up to get SW
  7. I added a "to some extent" tag. And also had comp at two 3's...There is no way I do a deal for a 30-yr-old WR that involves a 1st or 2nd rounder.
  8. The price would not have to be a 1st round pick. 3rd and 5th for AB set the market to some extent. I have no issues paying JJ if comp we would send to ATL is a 3rd this and next year.
  9. The only thing true about the OP is AB's price has definitely dropped.
  10. By creative, do you mean overpaying to make sure Miami couldn't match? I won't put the contact on Clay at all. Players need to get paid if they have the opportunity...but that was a terrible contract for a guy that can play but is not in the top 15 of TE's in the league.
  11. #1 thing DK didn't have at the college level were numbers - and why did Brown have double the production in terms of yards? I know DK was dinged up (that also is a question mark about his availability) but if he cannot make cuts and get open consistently in NCAA, then he's just a shiny object that doesn't make a difference on the field in the NFL. If his route tree consists of go's and posts, then he is not worth it at 9...IMHO
  12. Isn't it basically financially impossible for Pitt to trade him? Like a $20M cap hit?
  13. The question is where would Murray be slotted if he came out last year? That could be a indicator. Rosen gets you no more than a 2nd and a late round pick... Baker Allen <--- I am biased Darnold Murray Lamar Rosen ?
  14. I sorta get your narrative, but it doesn't change the fact that even if you are a billionaire it doesn't automatically make you a smart sports owner. That is just a fact. It just gives you the means to try to figure it out.
  15. I don't think that is happening. There is very little QB hype at all aside from Lock and Denver...and who knows if that is just smoke. I continue to wonder what Beane thinks of Oliver, who may fall. Last year at this time he was basically the consensus #1 prospect for 2019...got dinged up and also had a "not the process guy" issue with Applewhite over a - seriously - non-starter overcoat when he was being disciplined.
  16. regardless of the quotes and even before the combine, this draft doesn't seem very stacked with high-end talent in the top 5. Seems like middle of 1st round is sweet spot for 'board value.' We'll see.
  17. The once-per-year "Moscow Series" home game would have really been a revenue generator.
  18. SO...I guess we can't continue to call them strictly "yankee" cranky joints?
  19. Let's just start with the basics and someone turn down the gain on Murph's mic so it doesn't distort 90% of the time.
  20. At this point we all just need to hope they have their board setup 'correctly' with the proper values on each NCAA'er...Beane seems to let on he likes going BPA.
  21. Setting the over/under for how many of these players actually get drafted by the Bills firmly at 1.5.
  22. Going to put this into the 'couldn't care less' category, and pray murph's mic isn't overly distorted.
