You expected our defense tonight to perform better than our mostly healthy defense in 2021? 🙄

The lack of knowledge of football by the average fan is astounding.

If anyone thought this defense was going to play well or even decent against the Chiefs with AJ Klein and Dodson starting as your LBers, and a severely injured secondary you’re smoking crack. It was pretty clear before the game that the Bills would pretty much need to get points every drive in order to win this game. And Josh Allen almost willed them to victory, he was absolutely lights out this game. But you can’t put this loss on McDermott. Losing is always tough, especially heartbreakers like this in the playoffs. But I truly believe McDermott improved throughout this whole season and would feel confident with him going into next year.

No way McDermott is fired. We went from 6-6 to AFCE champs and #2 seed, all after firing our OC. The defense was absolutely decimated by injuries. Healthy defense Bills beat the Chiefs no doubt. Question should be, will Brady be back. He did a good job, the running game improved. The passing game declined. Don’t feel he was utilizing Diggs correctly. Allen played better down the stretch, but I don’t think that was Brady’s doing. In an interview on McAfee, I think it was Morse who said that after they fell to 6-6 Mcdermott basically just cut the team lose and told them not to worry about mistakes and to just go out their and play. Morse said it took the pressure off the players. This told me that Allen was being held back until it was loose and over time. Which I get to an extent, they don’t want him to get hurt. But I don’t care anymore, just let Allen be him. We need to play with the heart that this team played with after we fell to 6-6 every damn game. Hopefully Mcdermott learned from that and doesn’t hold these guys back again. The focus now needs to be, get the best option for OC in here. Get a legit deep threat. Improve the pass rush and get our Poyer and Hyde replacements.

Yes Diggs had a bad drop. But also, Brady hasn’t been utilizing Diggs to his strength. No coincidence his play declined once Brady took over. It’s not a knock on Brady, I think he’s done a good job. Especially with the running game.

Sucks we lost, especially to the Chiefs, but with this team decimated by injuries I’m not surprised. Healthy defense we win this game easily. But it’s definitely time to upgrade our receivers. That better be the #1 focus this off season. If Diggs hasn’t been playing hurt the second half of this seasons, he’s done.

The disrespect. Didn’t even make the pro bowl or all pro. Let’s hope he lights it up tonight.

Ravens are good. But I think if we win tomorrow, we match up well against them.

Houston just needs to settle down and they got this.

Will be interesting to see if they can clear the stadium and roads of snow before the game.

This team feels different going into the playoffs than previous seasons. Yeah the wins lately haven’t been pretty, but just win, and that’s what we are doing, finding ways to win even when things aren’t working. Something the team has struggled with in the past. Also, after listening to Mcdermotts sideline interview after the game and actually seeing the emotion from him, just makes me feel like something’s different now.

This is why Allen wasn’t selected to the pro bowl.

Hopefully previous seasons Primetime Josh, because this season Allen has been pretty bad in primetime.

He’s a little banged up for sure. I’m more worried about Diggs. Something isn’t right there and they are being quiet about it.

Diggs has to be playing hurt these past few weeks. Only reason why he keeps coming off the field.

Crazy though the stats Allen is going to have and not be MVP. You look at his stats and you’d think there’s no way he isn’t MVP. It’s just that Allen isnt consistent enough. When he’s on, he’s the best player in the NFL by far.

Any MVP hope is officially dead.

Just curious, were all 3 lineman trying to report as eligible? Or did they send three guys over there trying to cause possible confusion for the defense and it backfired and confused the ref?

Jackson is having a good season, but not an MVP season in my opinion. I get that record matters and the Ravens are 12-3 and the Bills are 9-6. I just don’t feel that the Ravens are 12-3 because of Jackson. Their defense is great and the bigger factor in my opinion. Jackson stats: 3,357 yards passing 19tds to 7int 66.3 cmp% 63 QBR 786 yards rushing 5tds 24 total TDs 4143 total yards Allen stats: 3,778 yards passing 27tds to 15int 66.5 cmp% 71.6 QBR 413 rushing yards 13tds 40 total TDs 4191 total yards Seems clear to me who should be MVP between these two and crazy to me that one is being praised as the clear MVP while the other is hardly being mentioned. I’ve also seen Jackson’s performance this season being compared to his MVP season, when he had over 40tds and 1200 rushing yards. Doesn’t seem comparable.

If the offense keeps this up, don’t be surprised to see Joe Brady as HC.
