I said it last year. He’s a good player, but not a difference maker. I would not spend big money on him. Ideally it would be nice to resign him to a cheaper deal and then go get us an actual difference maker. No one fears anyone on our defensive line.

All I can say is this sucks. But at the end of the day the team far exceeded my expectations this season.

At the end of the day, the lack of weapons on offense outside of Allen hurt us offensively.

I think Hamlin is more deserving of it this year than last. I feel like this season is his true comeback season.

Allen only second team all pro and the only Bill to make an all pro team. Only two pro bowlers and looks like no MVP for Allen. If this is the case they better give McDermott coach of the year, to have the success he has with this team and lack of talent.

Yup, definitely seems like Allen isn’t getting it now. Him not having to play the last week and us securing the division early while Allen also sitting several 4th quarters hurt him. Jackson was fresh in the mind of voters because he had to keep playing. People just look at the stats now instead of actually watching film.

They are trying their best now to hype up Jackson for MVP. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up with it now.

I think at the end of the day, the narrative around how the Bills season was supposed to go and the lost of Diggs, with how it finished, will be enough for him to win it.

He’ll be a very good QB, if they don’t ruin him.

I know the secondary is banged up. But we aren’t going anywhere in the playoffs with this pathetic defense.

They need to blow up the defensive line, what we have isn’t working. This rotational/situational players on the line isn’t working and hasn’t worked. Need a massive upgrade at 1 tech. Need to move on from Miller and Epenesa neither are worth what we are paying them. If they need to stay, not sure what their cap hits look like, then they need to just be backups and not situational players. Then draft a pass rusher, I don’t care if we need to trade up. The defensive line is killing us. They kill us every year in the post season. It needs to be a focus. The offense is fine, Allen is showing this year that we can pretty much just plug players in there and he will produce. We are okay at LBer, DB/Safety we are fine, could do with some upgrades, but we can be fine with what we have. This offseason needs to be all in on defensive line.

He had a good season last year. But throughout his career he has been inconsistent. He often disappears.

Yeah it was pretty obvious. Also couldn’t stand that Miller just stood up, pointed and didn’t even try because he assumed they would call a penalty. He needs to be better than that.

I’ll pass on Belichick. But yes, I’d be on board with firing him. Good coach, but is terrible in close games. Also, his defense always underperforms in the playoffs and that’s supposed to be his niche.
