Yeah Spain gives us much more flexibility... I'm thinking Spain at LG and Feliciano at RG as it stands right now. I think we could get by with that but never know maybe they'll get someone on day two or 3 too.
Good point... in my mind I was visualizing Long at center... meant better center with what I was thinking but still if your getting blown up at center your going to get blown up at guard. Guard you're by yourself more than center.
Feliciano # 76 at left guard starting out in the video... I like his game in PP... I'm sure run is decent too. I could see him grabbing a job if we go light in the draft.
Spencer Long #61, I don't see him a starter. Bodine looks better to me.
Not even thinking of drafting this guy until the third or 4th round. Hes good at shooting gaps and thats about it. He is average as hell against NFL caliber lineman. Gives up alot of ground in the run game. He has some flashy plays but it seems like hes taking advantage of mental breakdowns of guys who won't be playing in the NFL.
I'm warming up to Metcalf. At 9 still feels kind of dirty but I think in the end it can work.
The more I read this it makes me think he's talking about them trading back up into the first for either Hockenson or a top flight OL... I bet they stay put at 9 and take a DLineman.
I don't think the offense just suddenly clicked and everything came together magically... No the difference was Barkley... He's the reason the offense came together. I think he deserves way more credit than he's getting.
McDermott calls play 100% of time... More short passes early and easy completions to get Allens confidence up... How about a naked bootleg? More screens.... Then start pounding Ivory once we get in a rythm... then start pounding Shady... it's all on the offense... The line is stonger when we're in a rythm... they displayed it last week. I put it on Daboll.
