My parents still live in the house I grew up in. They have since 1983. We had it built for us so our family are the only ones who have ever lived in it. I know one day it will be someone else’s and that will be a sad day. Watched many of the Bills’ most finest and most heartbreaking moments in that house.

52-28 loss to Pats in 2012. We actually had a 2TD lead in that game and we were at the 1 yard line with a chance to make it a 3TD lead when Spiller lost a fumble. All NE after that. I believe that was the game where a fan held up the “Tom Brady sits while he pees” banner and where Tom was caught saying F*** you b****es after he was given a TD on 4th down even though he came up short of the end zone.

You know, around this time last year I bet hardly anyone thought we would be breaking the drought last season. Anything can happen. Love the confidence.

In each case I rooted for the guy who was supposed to be our potential franchise QB at the time, Tyrod in 2015 and JP in 2006. And yet again I am rooting for Allen. I hope our franchise QB can outperform a QB who has only ever been a 2nd stringer and one who threw 5 picks in his 1st half of action.

I can say I still love the Bills 6 months later.

You mean Bledsoe who actually got a team to a Super Bowl? How was Tyrod any better? Fitz is a tougher sell but at least he tried making throws down the field. Too many times they were INTs yes but other times they were spot on and even winning throws but his WRs (SJ) let him down.

The defense was way worse when Fitz was QB. It may not have been great when Tyrod was QB but Fitz has it much worse when it came to defense.

I would put both Bledsoe and Fitz ahead of Tyrod. At this point IMO the only thing Tyrod has working in his favor is that he was the QB when the drought ended.

As someone who doesn’t think Cutler is as bad as people make him out to be I just don’t want to go through another QB who is pretty much done with football (like we did with Kyle Orton). 5 years ago I actually would have been more on board. But I am willing to see what we have in McCarron.
