  1. I really like that Herbert kid. Reminds me a bit of Josh Allen lolololollll... Huge, colossal, franchise altering mistake.
  2. On O you have to think the Colts will opt for ball control. Rivers is still a good game manager capable of executing a short passing game and they have a legit franchise back running behind a good line even without Costanzo. Thing is thats not necessarily the way to score lots of points. That strategy is therefore based on keeping the ball out of Allen’s hands. On D the Colts have a DL thats good against the run but they play a soft zone that Allen & Co should be able to shred. Unless they are able to seriously pressure Allen they will give up lots of points, and blitzing Allen always runs the risk of disastrous outcomes for any defence. So they certainly have their work cut out for them. Colts are a solid team on both sides of the ball but at the end of the day I see Bills as prohibitive favourites.
  3. Williams looks to hit the hole faster than either DS or ZM. Runs hard and has good vision. Has decent hands. If he can block he deserves playing time. Undrafted is a good place to find a contributor.
  4. Of the Jets I fear. Daboll their HC. Fields or more likely Wilson the player to be developed.
  5. His next contract wont be as good as his current one IMO. I think he will be more in prove it mode. He is not as good as JB so he was probably overpaid.
  6. Coach said their interest had nothing to do with injuries and Beane has had interest for some time. He runs a 4.38 40 and Brown is expensive with paydays coming. Dont misunderstand me. JB is one of my favourite players.
  7. Not this year. He will compete for John Brown spot next year.
  8. I kinda think thats the road they will be taking. Time will tell.
  9. Seattle retooled their D. Had zero pass rush. Wanted more pressure from DT position. Thats why Dunlap instead of Snacks.
  10. My personal fav from Gangreen; ‘’I think I’m starting to poop myself”.
  11. jets boards highly recommended. Hilarious.
  12. Josh’s long ball is noticeably improving. So Brown helps to add a not insignificant dimension to the offence, good as it is.
  13. I would go with the starters to keep them sharp but would be quick to replace them with backups. Avoid injury to your big guns and give the backups a good number of reps heading into the playoffs. At least rest the starters who are banged up. I’m worried about Williams. He’s a core player and deep groin injuries (if thats what it is), can be a bi#ch. I honestly don’t care much about the W. I know we are much better. I doubt the Bills see things the same way tho.
  14. Allen has grown as a football player. I have no doubt that he will grow as a nationally marketable personality even if he’s never at Peyton’s level. Lets just hope he doesn’t outgrow his small market home. And hopefully he will steer clear of full length fold out underwear commercials. Thats the real reason RG3’s career hit the skids IMO. And lets not forget Cole Beasley while we are at it. Give that man a hair deal!
  15. A year from now Mahomes will be as good as he is now. A year from now Allen should be better than he is now. Allen may well eventually overtake Mahomes. The difference maker may wind up being Allen's superior athleticism.
  16. Broncos marching down the field and they don't even have the ball.
  17. I think he said "and I'll be back again", meaning in the end zone.
  18. I'm born & bred in Montreal but worked in Toronto for 15 years. Started following the Bills back then (Bledsoe era). Lots of Bills fans in southern Ontario obviously. Now I spend my winters on the West Coast (Victoria, Vancouver Island) and otherwise in Montreal/ Eastern Townships of Quebec. French speaking Quebecers are good NFL fans but mostly G-Men. On the West Coast it's all Seahawks. Go Bills!
  19. Havent seen enuf of him. First impressions are maybe starting caliber but not truly franchise. Accuracy is good, arm strength leaves me unimpressed so far. Just average. We shall see. JMO but Herbert was probably the guy. Clone of Josh.
  20. Unless they clean house totally before the draft he’d be wise to pull an Elway-Manning. If they bring in a good group to replace whats there in the way of coaches he should be fine there. They have some good pieces and he would get a lot of credit for bringing them back maybe three years down the road. Besides, I really like the idea of Belichek having to face ten years of Allen, Lawrence and Tua.
  21. For sure its not a good look but Hunt claims that's not the person he is and he regrets his behaviour. Maybe his assertions deserve some credibility if he's not been any kind of habitual offender. If every GM felt the way some posters do he would never play football again and be deprived of the livelihood he's doubtless worked very hard to achieve. Based on that one incident I would find that a little harsh. Radical even. And I'm a friggen libtard lol.
  22. Looks to me like Sweeney is a better TE than Knox. He seems to have better hands. Unless you have good hands you simply can't play that position in the NFL. Unless you are just another down lineman that is. And Knox seems unable to do that. He's absolutely no match for defensive linemen. They just shunt him aside. Im happy to see if he can improve and hope he can but I'm not sure that you can learn to catch a football at this level of play.
