DOesn't seem so, unfortunately. It's almost a guarantee that spring training will start late. I just want the regular season to start on time. We shall see.

Awesome stuff, man!!! Hopefully, the players' union and MLB can get their sh!t together and we can have a great season!

I saw Volbeat as part of Knotfest back in the summer of 2019. I think I reviewed it in this thread back then, so I'll spare everyone of being repetitive. I was very, very disappointed, though. Ghost has come around here a few times, but my son was never interested so I never bother getting tix. Glad you enjoyed both bands!

Alvin Kamara arrested in Vegas after Pro Bowl
Gugny replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
You're right. I apologize for the snark. I get the difference between continuing to honor a former player who eventually became a double-murderer - and actively signing known woman-abusers/scumbags. I just find it interesting how many Bills fans still think OJ's name should stay on the wall and those same fans criticize other teams. I know you're not one of those guys and again, I apologize for being a dick. -
I'm not sure that's how math works.

Alvin Kamara arrested in Vegas after Pro Bowl

Oh, I forgot. Since OJ was a great running back, it's okay that he murdered two people in cold blood, since it wasn't while he was a Buffalo Bill. Stupid me. -

You already dislike Joe Burrow??? -
When I was younger (teens/early 20s), Domino's was great because they delivered until 2am. Yeah, Little Caesar's is okay in a pinch. They gave away free $5 pizzas for Veteran's Day a few years ago. That's the last time I had it.
-
Yep, agreed. I'd say since 2000, I've probably had Pizza Hut a total of 5 times. Domino's, from 2000-2020 - probably 3 times. But I've had Domino's about 6-7 times in the last year, primarily due to their crazy specials.

I have it on in the background, but I have not caught myself sitting, glued to the TV for any event. I actually ended up catching up on Next Level Chef last night instead of watching any of the Games.

These are probably the two best pizza joints where I live. Pizza Jerks and the Harvest. Pizza Jerks is more NYC style; Harvest has thicker crust, but it is PHENOMENAL pizza. At Pizza Jerks, a large 2-topping pizza will set you back $22 +tax. At Harvest, they only make one size - 12 inches - and a 2-topping pie is $14.50 +tax. They also do not deliver. Just one of Domino's current specials is: 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 8 Piece Cinnamon Twists and a 2 Liter of Coke for $19.99 (another special is 50% off of any online order). One of Pizza Hut's specials is a large 3-topping pizza for $11.99. https://www.pizzajerks.com/copy-of-menu https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=291603322968089&set=pb.100063552701467.-2207520000.. (Harvest) Yes - the local joints have the better pizza, obviously. I think the Harvest price is more justifiable than Pizza Jerks, but only because I think Harvest is on another level. But for the price, I think Pizza Hut and Domino's are a pretty sweet bang for the buck. I'm doing Domino's for the Super Bowl since my brother took it upon himself to invite his wife and two of their adult children to my house for the game.

Pizza Hut was everyone's go-to after middle/high school dances for us. You just sparked that memory. That particular Pizza Hut closed down about 3-4 years ago; although, we have two more in town.

I think it's cute that the Chiefs keep getting brought up by a fanbase whose favorite team continues to openly and publicly celebrate one of the most infamous murderers in U.S. history. -
If you wouldn't mind, I would REALLY appreciate if you make this same exact comment in this topic, please: Thank you!!

To me it's this simple: TuhROD Taylor and McCorkle Jones have been Pro Bowlers. Enough said about how much it really means.

You just set off the Exiled beacon. Buckle up.

I'm fine with Pizza Hut pizza, although I honestly haven't had it in years. I think Dominos has upped its game. For a while (and perhaps still), they had a deal through which every item on the menu was 50% off from 8pm to close. I figured what the hell and ordered from them. Pizzas and sandwiches were solid. Current special looks like 50% off any pizza if you order online. We have a couple very good pizza joints in town, but their prices have gotten insanely high. So I'm perfectly fine doing Domino's for 50% off. It has a time and place. I like to make my own pizza from scratch, but it's a lot of work and sometimes I need me some instant gratification. Looking at the most recent flyer from Domino's and they have two large 2-topping pizzas for $21. One large 2-topping pizza from a local joint would be about $20. I'm all for supporting local. But I'm more for supporting my own wallet.

To be clear, I do not think Lamar Jackson stinks or is a bad QB. Maybe I'm just scarred for life from some of the long-term contracts the Bills have given QBs over the years just so they could "not be terrible." If a team has a QB who needs everything to fall into place and have the stars align in order to even have a chance at going to a Super Bowl, then I think the team would be smart to move on from said QB, rather than pay him big bucks.
