It's pretty straight forward. If you need to free up cap space, make it a signing bonus in a restructured contract. Most of the other numbers are really irrelevant.

Could be for a number of reasons. Considering when he started with the other WR/TE's and where they are at now. He is less of a necessity. There is also the question of how Dorsey envisions running the offense especially now with a pass catching RB in the backfield. So we have Diggs, Davis, Knox, Mckenzie and Mckissic. I will always appreciate what he did to help Allen and the team when he signed but feel like he has become less and less important. JMO.

We the fans. I'm not going to say he hasn't done his role with the franchise. Like I said, he's a monster in the middle of the field that makes QBs look elsewhere. So he's done that job. But being as big as he is, I still feel like he plays too soft. I don't want to go too deep on it but basically my point is he's a against the pass LB and not an all around LB.

Only thing that makes sense.
