I'm a third generation bills fan and started rooting for the bills the year ronnie harmon dropped the ball in the endzone. I missed the early 80s misery the 60 and 70s misery. If I could I would leave the bills but they are like an ex girlfriend who cheats, has a drug problem, and is absolutely no good for you... and for some reason you can't say goodbye. I wish I could be a steelers fan or a giants but I'm not I'm a bills fan and at this point people don't even laugh at me like they did after the sb years. They just say wow that sucks - I didn't think anyone still rooted for them, and I live in cny! Things are bad real bad and it seems the fans are the only ones who care. I don't know how much longer I can do that. If there is no commitment by this team to try and put a good product on the field I can't keep caring - its not fair to myself and it sucks to feel that way about my favorite team in my favorite sport.

I think weedon is as old if not older than fitz lol but blackmon is the real deal. Saying that I might puke if they take anything other than an ol or qb. I prefer qb! Edit: just checked he's 11 months younger than fitz... do I smell qb of the future? Haha

Agreed this is why free agents don't want to come to buffalo. It is not a place with an owner trying to win but one making money for his estate. I understand running base defenses I really do. What I don't understand is not watching any film and preparing for your opponent. It seems not watching film doesn't put players in a position to succeed. They will watch film in the regular season so how much evaluation can be done when preparation is different regardless of schemes that are run?

Had this conversation with a friend last week. The pats are a beneficiary of playing in an extremely weak division. The bills and dolphins have been bad for a while save for the dolphins one 11-5 season. The jets also have been mediocre. Yes they've made the afc championship game 2 years running but only after eking into the playoffs. I think the jets got worse this year not better and would be suprised to see them in the playoffs. Saying that its still the pats division to lose imo but they are not an elite team imo. They haven't won't a playoff game the last 3 years let alone made even an afc championship game/super bowl.

I gotta say after being there I got nervous about the offense. That being said they did scramble a lot of the pl-ers around and I thought snith ran a pretty good 2 minute drill. Fitz I hope stayed after bc he wasn't pleased with his performance his accuracy was fairly shaky. D looked pretty good esp a willians and d flo seemed to be everywhere. Playing devils advocate here but on that chip block for some reason maybin was in the air which is why it looked like he got pancaked. Williams def got the tackle on that long return with maybin coming in at the end but not contributing to it.
