  1. the worst thing that's happened under the Pegula's was shutting down the official message board. I had no idea how bad it could get...
  2. You can't win a championship if you don't make the playoffs
  3. How many guys keep coming out with all these impressive numbers every year, but still can't read a defense and make tight throws. An impressive physical performance at the combine is about as useful as breasts on BuffaloBarbarian. Way more interested in if guys can read defense, makes adjustments and adapt to having to change the way play (ie throw short, throw long, throw over the middle as strategy dictates)
  4. I think if you want to start a thread, spending the 10 seconds to run a search. The search function is especially helpful if you don't spend your life on the board because it only takes a few seconds to find out.
  5. IT said Whaley told him "HE" wouldn't be receptive...that seems to indicate Carpenter wouldn't be receptive.
  6. My hunch is Skurski knows, but throwing this out there: A. Gets people to make posts about how dumb he is thus driving traffic B. Gets the crowd that thinks the Bills don't know how to put on their pants in the morning excited thus driving traffic
  7. but it would be known that the cheaper bridge QB is a bridge QB...we can't let the Russians have that information.
  8. I won't believe it until the bnews B word about it. I'm sure they've prepared bitching articles for both if they keep or cut Tyrod.
  9. lol, not even a source. He couldn't even do the sports writer circle jerk for it.
  10. You completely misunderstand what censorship is...You're not entitled to a bunch of people fawning over whatever recycled garbage you puke into a post. You don't get a special snowflake exemption from people calling you out on posting a terrible thread. You made a post, it was dumb, lacked anything resembling reasoned or rational discourse with things like examples, comparisons, or analysis. Expect people to take issue with it regardless if they agree with you or not.
  11. because it's easier. News sources are big on this trend and release some statement about "because they love customer feedback so much that they're shutting down forums/comments. Liability, automated moderation, etc goes to the social media platform. Seems really crummy they didn't announce it ahead of time though
  12. people are very upset over something that hasn't happened...how many people on unlimited intelligence on this board thought he was a good signing last season?
  13. So I saw Shady bend down to pick up a quarter once last season. Obviously, this is a sign he will need cash and knows he's done in Buffalo.
  14. I want a QB to be accurate and able to quickly read a defense to know where to go with the ball. I'm not sold that Watson can do either of those in the NFL.
  15. Also, in case anyone was wondering, this move obviously means.. Illuminati Confirmed.
  16. 99.958% of the time, the thing that entices players to sign is money.
  17. Those are not what is officially coming from the team. The official statement has been Hackenberg is great. So great that playing him would be a sin. There were leaks (rumored to be from the former QB coach) that Hackenberg couldn't hit the ocean. Those leaks gave rise to the team officially doubling down on Hackenberg despite that the leaks and some player statements make it seem like he is pretty bad.
  18. It makes too much sense to not be true!
  19. Jets aren't taking a QB. Doesn't matter who is on the board. They drafted a QB in the 2nd and their fans did not react well. When the Jets opted not to have him play a single down this season after looking horrible in the pre-season they said they believe Hackenberg is a franchise QB and that him not playing is how you develop him..well, drafting a QB means they have given up on Hackenberg. They would be facing some tough questions about spending a 2nd on a player who never plays a down. They kept 4 QBs last season because they were so afraid they might potentially release a good QB in Petty or Hackenberg while also believing that neither one of them could be the backup. Their front office doesn't seem inclined to take a QB who would likely not be a day 1 sure thing. Too Risky for them. They'll sign a scrap heap vet and hope Petty or Hackenberg have some miracle epiphany and are able to be a starting QB....then if they don't, they'll take one next year with their new coach when they fire Bowles. In short, the Jets should take a QB at 6, but they won't.
  20. Now that Berchtold has been demoted...championship?
  21. I think we need a nationwide election on whether Tyrod is a starting caliber QB or not. This is critical. His play doesn't matter, but the perception of whether he is good or not means everything.
